How badly will the video game voice actors strike delay TellTalegames products.
Voice Actors....we need them for TellTalegames products....what would Clementine sound like without Melissa.....no Troy for Batman....delays...delays.

I once asked Telltale if Voice Actor strike will affect their production in a Q/A on Reddit. They answered back and reassured that they won't get affected by it.
But that was in 2015. So it is the same voice actor strike or is it a new one?
I like to think it boils down to who they're working with. If you're working with a company that really does care about your work, your role in making their games come to life, it makes sense to make an exception and continue working with them. Well, at least to me it does. I mean, shouldn't that be sending a meaningful message as well? "Hey look, we're still working with these guys because they actually treat us with respect! Be more like them!"
They did mention that they had a good relation with their voice actors, so you might be on to something here.
From what I have seen the strike just includes certain companies...not every company.
Also it likely won't affect season 3 at all. The scripts and voice work are usually done a couple years in advance from when the game is released. The animation is usually done after the voice work.
Im not sayin Adam Harrington could voice everyone from now on but...

They find a way to act in every single freaking game.
Well they are talented...but then again so is Melissa and Dave and Gavin...I think TellTalegames has done an amazing job of getting the right people.
Not necessarily true. If you've watched the Batman talk show they talked about how far they are into recording and sometimes its just an episode in advance to what they're releasing soon. A few months seems to be more accurate, but I agree some sort of script is years apart of when the product releases.
