First of all saddened if I make a mistake about section of forum and saddened for my catastrophic English but I am French.:)
So my problem, I bought on your site Tales of Monkey island on December 30th, 2009, then my account was approximately produced 1semaine later, to the whole is well.
Without yesterday I noticed that my account was again produced, of the same amount as the last time.
Then Here we are, it would be possible to be please paid off?

J'ai du mal à comprendre ce que tu dis, est-ce que tu pourrais le dire en français à la place ? Je traduirai pour toi, et je te traduirai la réponse également.

EDIT: okay, I think they mean the money was taken from their account twice, the first time a week after the purchase (of ToMI), and the second time yesterday (by the same amount), and they want to know if they can be refunded for the second withdrawal.

Alors voila j'ai acheté sur ce site le 30/12/09, Tales of Monkey island (le jeu complet) par CB, j'ai donc été débité quelques jours après comme prévu (le 4/01/10).
Et surprise avant-hier, donc le 12/02/10, je remarque que je me suis fait débité le montant du jeu une deuxième fois, alors que je ne l'ai bien sur pas acheté donc j'aimerais bien être remboursé.

As I guessed, Trum got charged twice for ToMI (bought on the 30th of December), first on the 4th of January, then again on the 12th of February. They'd like to know how they can get paid back for the second withdrawal since they didn't buy the game a second time.
Do you need any extra info (order number and the like)?
I don't have the access to dig deeper into the payment system, but I will pass this along to our real support people to see if they can find anything to help you.

Leur système ne montre qu'un seul débit (le premier), et Jake n'a pas accès au système pour vérifier à quel niveau il y a eu un problème, donc il transmet ça au service après-vente/litige pour voir s'ils peuvent tirer ça au clair et voir ce qu'il s'est passé, et régler l'histoire.
