Who do you want to come back in season 3?
??? Personally I kind of want Lilly back, not because I liked her but I wanna know why she killed Carley/doug, How much she changed, how she survived...etc

If I had to guess who would come back on my list, I'd expect Christa, Mike, and Arvo to return.
Yeah I think they will definitely bring back Christa, They can't just kill her off screen she's too good of a character.
Yeah... I would like to see Lilly, too.
I always thought it would have been a better choice to bring her back in season 2 and not Kenny.
And I also would L-O-V-E to see Molly again.

Yeah!! Molly was such an interesting character and she barely got any screen time. I wonder how Molly and Clem would get along tho

It is very unlikely to run in to someone you once knew, but since Christa WAS going to wellington, what if she goes to wellington and they meet up there?

If TellTale want to bring characters from previous seasons back, they shouldn't have gotten rid of them in the first place. The chances of meeting someone that you once knew but were separated from, without a designated meetup spot, in ALL of America, is slim to none.
Only characters that should return are Kenny/Jane, and maybe Edith/Randy's family if you got those endings.

I hope Kenny and Jane have roles in the next season and didn't die off camera. That would really bite and cheapen the game.
I wouldn't mind finding out where Lilly went, but I don't want her to be a villain or bent on a self-destructive path like Kenny became. Having her overcome her problems during the time skip would be better.
I would really like to meet Christa and/or Bonnie again so their characters get some closure. The writers needed to elaborate what happened during Clem's time with Christa, what happened to the baby, and how Christa dealt with Omid's death. I would like for Clem to ask Bonnie why she broke her promises and didn't even give Clementine a vote.

No one. They already brought Kenny back last season, another character returning would be too much.
As for Christa, it would make more sense if Clem reunited with her in Wellington right away. But after a two year gap, and the very real possibility Wellington is no longer there... it wouldn't feel realistic.
I'd rather just have Clem and a fresh group of characters.
yeah, I see where your point is. Christa would be a bit more likely since she WAS going to wellington in the first place...maybe she got there first...

If Lilly killed Doug in my playthrough, I'd give her a chance.
Carley? I'd pop a cap in her face immediately.
In the case of Carley's death, Lilly reaps what she sows. A nice, clean bullet to the face.
But if it were Doug, I would certainly give her the benefit of the doubt. A 4 Year Lilly design interests me a lot.

Other than Clem and AJ I honestly don't think we'll see many more old characters, I could be wrong though.
I think at this point reintroducing supporting characters from 400 Days would be neat such as Nate or Eddie, we have no idea where those lads have gone, would be cool to see what happened to them. But again, I doubt this will happen and all the characters you meet in S3 will be brand new characters.
Aside from literally every character everyone has ever wanted back since 2012 and 2014 that Telltale continue to ignore because "it's so realistic for them never to see that person again, y'know in a zombie apocalypse when there's less people around and you're essentially in the same area...Oh Kenny? No that was fine" (yes I'm salty), Christa, Lilly, and the 400 Days Crew. Just. bring. them. back.
Oh my god, Telltale, you've set up so many interesting relationships and dynamics with these characters and you just aren't using them. There is a literal goldmine for story potential right here. What will happen when Christa encounters an older Clementine? Where is Lilly, and does she partially blame Clem for what happened to the group or even feel sorry, what will she do? After Clementine and her group destroyed their home, how would the surviving 400 Days crew treat her? She was a kid, so was it essentially her fault? Are they hostile towards her or indifferent? Maybe some are, some not?
There are so many moral complexities that could alter decision making when it comes to these characters but Telltale are just shovelling out of the way and ignoring what tons and tons of fans keep asking them for (or at the very least clarification for what happened to these characters that went poof out of the plot), in order to make new characters. BUT THEN, they don't even bother to develop the new characters! In Season 2, I tried so hard to get attached to the multitude of different characters, but it just seems like it was outright refused.
Why were Nick/Sarah killed off? Why can't we talk more to Luke or Rebecca? Why is Alvin just "Rebecca's husband" and Carlos is "Sarah's father", with plain character traits such as Alvin being nicer or Carlos being strict/overprotective that are just never explained or given any development?
I still cannot believe, they tossed out the original plan to make Kenny the villain - they literally set it up like Christa was coming back in Episode 2 (which would have been good because everyone thought Kenny was coming back). They could have just had us fooled and be like "Oh cool Christa is here", and then out of nowhere "Holy shit Kenny is coming back and he's the villain!" We could have had the antagonist Kenny try to be nicer to Clementine in order to keep her away from the Cabin Group and in Howe's, but instead we just get Carver - who was decent but.....
Sorry, went on for a rant there. It just kills me how much potential there is with these well-developed and good characters that Telltale just keep tossing to the wind.
