Michonne will most likely not carry over since it's a standalone story. Also, some of your choices seem to be missing (I marked them with italics).

Tried to save Larry...left Lilly...shot Lee...shot Kenny...let family in.
She killed Carley or Doug...I understand why...but at that moment...I would not let her near Clementine...later on..just like Lee..I understood what lead up to it...there probably things the group should have done. Lilly had no one to help her grieve for her Father. Looking back on it...I am sorry about leaving her...but at the time...she was just too unpredictable to be around Clementine.
Season 1-
A New Day:
Told Hershel that I was going to get food for Clementine, then I crashed the car and struggled to get back to her. I Saved Duck and defended Duck at the drugstore. I Didn't give Irene the gun. I Saved Carley
Starved For Help:
I cut off the teacher's leg. I Didn't shoot Jolene as i wanted to hear what she had to say. I agreed with Kenny and helped him kill Larry. I killed one with the pitchfork and let the walkers take the other brother. I took the food from the car as it looked abandoned and we were starving anyway.
Long Road Ahead:
I didnt shoot the girl to buy us time and she was stupid anyway for running in circles. I left Lilly on the street. I fought Kenny and won so that he would know that I love him like a brother. Lee shot Duck. I Helped Omid first cause of the bad leg.
Around Every Corner:
Lee killed the boy in the attic. I wasn't honest with Vernon as I didn't trust them at all. I was actually mean to him and held him against the wall for asking about Clem. I brought Clem to Crawford cause Ben is useless with babysitting. I Revealed the bite as I trusted my friends. I won the fight against Molly.
No Time Left:
I cut Lee's arm off though too much time had already passed. I held onto one hidden shank. Clem killed The Stranger. To save a bullet and avoid walker attention and also to avoid messing up a child, I had Clem leave Lee chained up.
400 Days:
I hate 400 Days so I'm not mentioning that cash grab lol.
Season 2-
All That Remains:
I Distracted the scavengers. I Put the dog out of it's misery. I told Nick to stay away from me cause he can't handle a gun. I Went with Pete
A House Divided:
I told Carlos to stop babying Sarah, that will get her killed as a reflection of Clem in S1. I sat with Kenny. I Told Walter the truth and told him that Nick is a liability. Walter left Nick to die. Walter told the group he didn't see Nick, I told them that a walker got him and I tried to help. I Left to find Kenny. I told Kenny not to shoot, he did anyway.
In Harm's Way:
I Helped Sarah. I told Bonnie nothing as she is a traitor. I was going to admit to the radio, though Kenny took the blame. I did not watch Kenny kill Carver. I did not cut her arm off as I predicted the blood and screams would get her killed. I watched a video and was right lol. I planned on cutting it off in a safe place.
Amid The Ruins:
I Saved Sarah. I Didn't steal from Arvo as we know what happened with the car in S1. Clem crawled through the ticket booth. I held AJ. Kenny Shot Rebecca
No Going Back
I Saved AJ. I left Luke he was dead weight anyway and cheered when Bonnie died too. I told Mike to f off and that one day I would hunt him and Arvo down and kill them slowly. I helped Kenny kill Jane, she was dumb anyway. In my ending that I pretend happens, Kenny, AJ, and Clem all were allowed to stay at Wellington. As a choice I left with Kenny though.
Michonne-
In Too Deep:
I Lowered the gun. I Climbed the ladder. I Ambushed Randall. Michonne told Greg to show no fear. I predicted that Zachary would help us from his body language and I was right.
Give No Shelter:
I Stopped Pete from giving himself up he's stupid, you can't deal with psychos. I Picked up the phone. I Gave Paige helpful advice. I Made Randall speak on the radio. I killed Randall and put a bag over his head.
What We Deserve:
I told Sam that we could bury her dad later as Norma was coming, she agreed. I Told Alex that i didn't know were his dad was. I Made the trade with Norma, she was shocked lol. The big fisherman was killed by Norma. I did not shoot Norma and as she was getting eaten I said "I told you not to f with me or this family." I told my daughters I would see them one day as it was not my time or Sam's time yet. People still needed me and Sam's brothers needed her. I left the house with Sam.
Oh, I see what I forgot now. I would edit, but that feature is gone for threads now for some reason. For the record I pulled Ben up and gave water to the dying man.
When was this?
Oh...I always helped her...see I woulda kicked Kenny out of the group for doing what he did...in front of Clementine no less....
I want every single moment that I made Clementine curse in the previous seasons to import to the new season.
Larry was dying and if he had turned, they all would have been in trouble. He was a big guy, let's not forget that Larry left Lee for dead at the supermarket. He was like Lee convicted killer, yet didn't research that he had no prior records and it was an act of passion. Lily should have shot Andy either way, her not shooting was bad on her part.
What about the Ben choice in episode 4?
No..see the fact is that Larry was no threat...you die first....he was prone on the ground...walkers do not insta reanimate...could have waited for him to die...let Lilly say her goodbyes...but Kenny would not listen and took it upon himself to make a choice that was not his to make.

As we learned from the start of episode 2, they reanimate very fast and even with one leg, they are dangerous. It varies by person on how fast they turn and this was early during the outbreak still. They were in a closed and enclosed space with Clementine.
I just spat out my drink reading this LOL! I'd like you to watch the opening 5 minutes of Fear The Walking Dead's Season 2 Episode 10 titled "Do Not Disturb". That opening sums up the meat locker scene perfectly as to why as hard as it was for Kenny to do what he did in front of Lilly, personally he did the right thing. Please watch it. It involves a flashback showing a wedding and a man has a heart attack. Someone tries to revive him and whilst giving mouth to mouth, he turns and ends up biting the person's face off. It was that scene when i truly realised that if i was in the same situation as Lee and Kenny and the rest of the group, i would not take the chance of that happening to me and i'm sorry but to say Larry was no threat is ridiculous man come on!
Actually that varies between people and most of the time it seems to happen within a few minutes yes but why the hell would you take the chance if it meant yourself and your friends/family could die at the hands of a very large man who could have turned there and then? Just why? You wouldn't if you were in that situation, you would be shitting bricks instead of sitting behind a computer screen. We all would.
Larry would have definitely turned had they just "waited" and again by waiting runs the risk of Larry suddenly grabbing his daughter and killing her. Once that guy turns, you only have 2 men strong enough to hold him down so one of them can kill him. This is the whole point as to why Kenny did what he did but because SOME of these haters see him the way that they do in a negative light, they instantly don't think about the reasons as to why he did what he did. I don't mind saying this a million times but he did it out of fear for himself and the group. In his eyes it was to protect everyone and had they all died, Kat and Duck would most likely be cooking in the oven soon after.
Sorry to go off on this again but that is how I will always see it. Again please watch that Fear episode i mentioned. It was creepily a nod to the meat locker scene

Sure, once I finish season 2(I'm redoing it cause I lost those saves too).
As for autistic, I saved ben.
The character for clementine I prefer is one who is loyal, kind, caring, but ruthless to those who need to be put down like rabid dogs.
Season 1 replay choices

Carley... trusted her with my past
Christa... helped her get onto the train, revealed my bite to her, told her and Omid to meet me at the train, asked them to find Clementine a family
Doug... saved his life at the cost of another
Duck... helped save his life at Hershel's farm, argued that he was not bitten back in Macon, shot him before he could turn, let him be my sidekick to solve a mystery
Kenny... defended his son in the drugstore, talked him down from ignoring his son's fate, killed his son so he didn't have to
Katjaa... found water for Duck when he needed it
Larry... trusted him with my axe despite his vendetta, restrained Lilly while Kenny crushed his head in the meat locker at the dairy
Lilly... backed her up when supplies went missing, left her on the side of the road
Everyone came with me to search for Clementine.
