I got into a synch loop. It would get to 99% and then say there was a problem and I needed to remove saved games file, but there were no saved games showing in storage. Uninstalled game and am currently re-installing with patch that came out today. I'm not counting on this working - but it's doing more than it was - giving me the option to pay for something I've already purchased. First experience with Telltale games. Not impressed

Thanks - I've done just that. Syncing issue still occurring even after the uninstall/reinstall so there shouldn't be any save game files. Can't get past the data sync to even replay Ep 1 let alone download Ep 2. Very frustrated
I'd recommend contacting Telltale Support if you have not already done so. You can contact them by one of the following methods:

I purchased the Season Pass via the PSN store on my PS4. Episode 2 is still showing as Purchase. When I click the purchase Season Pass optio… moren it takes me to the PSN store and then shows I already purchased it and it's installed.
Looks like the fix is still not released yet?

And what exactly does not work? Can you even launch the game or are you unable to download episodes? You know, the root of the problem may be the disc itself, not on telltale´s end

Same issue as kkentam above and many others. This is a known problem.
The season pass on disc shows as purchased and so does all episodes but they are locked.
And what exactly does not work? Can you even launch the game or are you unable to download episodes? You know, the root of the problem may be the disc itself, not on telltale´s end

Im PS4 Season Disc Owner.........The Game Still show Episode 2 will be coming Soon. And there is no button can push to download Episode 2.
Seems telltale only fixed Xbox-One platform.........Hope they will fix PS4 ASAP

You have to go to each individual episode store listing and download them from there. It's a bit weird but at least it isn't broken.
