So "A New Frontier" is not Season Three?
I mean, we gonna get two episodes of "A New Frontier", on the same day, then it will end, right?
It dont even have "Season Three" in the title. Does TellTale mentioned that ANF is gonna be Thrid Season?
Or it will come after it?

A New Frontier is the third season with a different title.
Okay, but any confirmation?
I would be.... kinda dissapointed if TellTale would do just 2 episodes, and I think that it would be a waste of money for them
What do you mean, "just 2 episodes"? A New Frontier is the name of the entire season, which will have around 5 episodes (probably) with the first 2 premiering on the same day. This is happening only because Telltale couldn't put the premiere in only one episode so they decided to have part 1 and part 2, but they still count as separate episodes.
They didn't name it season 3 because it's not a direct continuation of the previous seasons, since we'll be playing as a new character with a new story. I guess it's like Mass Effect. The fourth game is called Mass Effect: Andromeda and not Mass Effect 4 because we don't play as the same character anymore and it's going to be in a completely different place with new characters. The only difference with TWD is that we have Clem from the past seasons, but she's not the main character anymore.
Yeeeeah this is why I think they should've just stuck with Season 3 as the title. People will get confused and after Michonne there are some people who won't play it anymore unless they think it's directly related.
But yeah it's season 3
Does it really matter?
It matters to me, since this recently became a wait and see deal as I have no interest in this New Frontier or it's new characters, and would rather continue on Clementines story. I am genuinely wondering if this is taking the place of season 3 or if it's just a placeholder.
new frontier is a subtitle it's still season 3.
i'm confused so is part 1 and part 2 episode 1 and 2? or is it a single episode broken into two parts and we will still get the normal 4 episodes per month?
it is season 3, they just decided to give it a fancy title
Nah, not much.
I've driven a bunch of fellows down to this prison!
Episode 1 & 2 with 3 episodes to follow.
Both, I guess. They are called "Ties That Bind: Part One" and "Ties That Bind: Part Two" but they still count as 2 episodes, so we will only get 3 more after, I think. Think of those movies that have Part 1 and Part 2 (Harry Potter, Hunger Games, etc). They are still separate movies but part 2 starts right after part 1 ended and they are heavily connected so they feel like one big movie. I'm expecting this to be the case here.
