The Walking Dead: A New Frontier...possible explanation of....

The Title of course refers to the new communities of man that arise from the ashes of the old world. The Title is best known with it written in flames. The usage of flames is interesting as it points to a literary idea called The Wheel of Fire.

The Wheel of Fire describes either a character or ideal that has a flaw that slowly corrupts and destroys those around it until the ideal or character either change or die. This could also allude to an act of unintentional betrayal that has a tragic outcome.

From the trailer..we do see the two protagonists at odds...one is a prisoner of the other. Is Season 3 setting up a tragedy on a Shakespearean level?

  • Going a bit deep there, don't you think?

  • Well I like to see where ideas for stories come from. But yeah until we play it is just speculation.

  • I wouldn't really be shocked if Clem was a sort of partial bad guy in this story, holding Javier captive for some reason.

  • I love this idea...

  • All dialogue options will be in Iambic Pentameter

  • I don't think there is any scenario where I wouldn't be on Clem's side. If they try to set Clem up as a bad guy, all they would be doing is ensuring that I hate Javi.

Someone from TTG realised second season wasn't as good as it should have been. That's why new one is called "A New Frontier"; a border between this and last season.

  • Just like Highlander 2?
