Choices you want and how you want the to matter

Are there any choices you would like to have in Season 3. Please share them and tell me what consequences you would like them to have.

  • I want a Sarah situation here with a family member of Javier.

I want to have the option to save him/her or leave him/her to die, not just like "I am bored of you so bye", more like "If I save you I put everyone in danger, even myself", I want that consequence to matter just for 10 minutes more, so that guy you decided not to let die, dies anyway later.

  • Save Javier's brother or sister

I think we will get a choice, where you have to choose between Javier's brother or sister.

If you save his brother, then his sister will be taken by The New Frontier and at the end of the game, you get reunited with his sister but his brother is killed in the process.

  • Maybe not exactly something I definitely "want" but I'd be curious to see if Clementine can still be kept from killing any living person. Now that we don't control her all the time any more, it's going to be interesting if telltale finally forces her to cross that line in the story.

  • She likely already did.

Useless to assume, what's "likely" doesn't matter given that we will see when the game comes out.

I thought of a particularly grisly choice once. Not specifically for S3, but it seems like just the kind of choice Telltale would love to make you agonize over.

Basic set-up is this: you and two other people are in a really bad car crash, or something similar. Something that injures all three of you. All three of you survive it. You're banged up, but you can still walk. However, your two buddies are extremely messed up and can't move-- they aren't going to make it. A group of walkers attracted to the crash close in on all three of you. You only have one bullet left in your gun.

You would have to choose to mercy kill one of your buddies, dooming the other to die by the walkers. Or leave both of them to be eaten if you're completely ruthless.

To make it worse, have the surviving one either beg you to help, or curse you out for leaving him to die. Or have both of them telling you to rot in hell for leaving them to die if you choose that.

It wouldn't be so much a choice about the consequences since both of them end up dead, but rather a choice where there just simply isn't a right answer; they're both going to die, but you can ease the suffering of only one of them. You have to decide who deserves the quick death, and abandon the other to a horrible fate. Or if you're pragmatic, you save the bullet, since they're both going to die anyways. No matter what you do, you'll feel like shit either way.

  • I got one. Your friend has sneaked out and gone on a dangerous revenge mission and tells you this over a radio. At the same time your group needs your help on an important supply run. You can either choose to help your friend or help the group with the supply run. Which do you choose?

People have this mentioned this kind of choice before, but similar to how you could choose to play Bruce or Batman in certain segments, the same would apply to TWD, choosing to play as Javier or Clem to say sneak into camp as an example. I think it would be pretty cool, Javier can be more of a brute and shoot the place up, or Clem can sneak using her small stature.
