Depends really. While I hate to say that for anyone not named Jane or Kenny, Clementine should be able to handle herself if it is absolutely necessary to put her after someone else.

I get the feeling maybe it's Kenny's grave, if you chose to leave Wellington with him. There are only two chairs at the camp, and what looks like one of the green duffel bags on the table (although my laptop screen resolution is beyond crap, so I could be wrong!). I don't really see Jane getting buried out in the middle of seemingly nowhere, but I can see Kenny and Clementine travelling near some forests. Although there may be a similar location for people who got the various Jane endings.
It would make sense to me to have this be Kenny's burial site, if you left with him. I highly doubt that Clementine would be killed off at the beginning of the season. Although I could see her dying at the end, maybe.
While it would be some bold ass writing I doubt they will kill her whithout it directly being our fault. Say we're playing as Javier who'll have choices that will impact Clem. But how we've played Clem will determine what choices Javier has. In that instance our choices will have mattered and I'll be satisfied. However if they shoe horn her death then I'll be pissed. The only way I'll accept Clem's demise is if I cause it. I just can't handle a Lee part 3 Situation.
To be fair, there's a pretty good chance I'll be rushing through #myjavier's sections, so choices even a coke fiend would question may not seem out of place for him by the end lol

I seen another screencap of S3 somewhere that shows javier standing over a dug hole holding a shovel, this could be the same grave which leads me to think that it's one of his family members. I'm betting on it being the old lady we see in the trailer (his mom?)
Yes true but she did appear in that episode despite the slide having nothing to do with the ep. She wouldn't be in the ep4 slide of season 3 if she was dead. It would be very strange i mean why would they do that? We'll see though
