I don't think it's impossible at all. She doesn't have to look younger to have been in a flashback. So the pictures and trailer doesnt mean shes alive just like how it doesn't mean she's dead. So I think it's a very good theory and it could be interesting to play that way, though I really don't want Clem dead, but yeah good theory!

Yeah when I saw the trailer, I automatically thought the grave was for the kid with the beanie which is obviously related to Javier. And since Negan was pretty much confirmed, maybe that was the result? Idk man
