Yet she didn't give up on Clementine, she betrayed her own values of leaving self-destructing groups because she felt like she was betraying Clementine. She also lets that family in because Clementine wants to give others a chance which she's a afraid of, due to her lost, but she's willing to try because of Clementine.
Both Jane and Kenny are just using Clementine as surrogate sister/son. Kenny feels like he has to make up for not being able to protect his … morefamily and Jane feel the need to make up for giving up on her sister. People keep bringing up going with Kenny is dangerous because he is unhinged, but they don't mention that Jane has commitment issues. She gave up on her sister and she left the group after feeling the baby and the rest of the group were going to drag her down. There is know telling when she might leave Clem and the baby because she feels like things are getting to inconvenient. Both characters have major problems that could endanger Clem.
You're being naive. Jane never put the Baby in danger, her actions were meant to protect Clementine and she was right.
Better to have som… moreeone willing to save innocent lives like Jane than a rabid dog who indulges in spilling innocent blood like Kenny.
Excuse me sir/madam, i was discussing this with IronWoodLover, someone i consider a decent poster unlike yourself who do nothing but cause trouble as you have done so in previous posts.
No, it WAS a lie.
That right there is ignorance and I say that because you are stating it as a fact when this is actually only your opinion. Fine, you think he's lying, guess what? I don't. He genuinely believed he was doing it to protect her from a woman he believed killed a baby. I have never said that what he did was good because it wasn't but Jane is NOT innocent in all this either. She fucked with a man's emotions to get him angry to prove a point which as I said, she put AJ's life in danger, hiding him in a freezing car where he could have died or never been found if he hadn't cried to draw attention and Jane put her own life in danger as well as Clementine's knowing full well that Kenny would get angry and she should have considered that Clem would try to intervene because that's the type of person she is. I have always trusted Kenny though, please tell me when the man has actually lied to someone about something? And please don't include this scene because that is just your assumption. I want you to actually point out a time there was factual evidence that he has lied to someone? You see, honesty would be extremely important to me in a world gone to shit and Jane to me broke that trust lying about AJ claiming to Kenny that it was an "accident". Good intentions mean shit if you can't be trusted. Supposing in the future Jane does something to be deceitful to Clementine because Clem perhaps didn't agree with something Jane wanted. How can we know she won't do something fucked up again?
Point is here, i have a completely different view on this scene to you and instead of forcibly telling me i am wrong, you need to accept that it is my opinion. You and me are not right or wrong about this. Both Kenny and Jane were very wrong in this scene and that's where we should end this instead of constant argument after argument. I'll never win and neither will you Sardorim.
No, it WAS a lie.
Jane was literally no threat to Clementine or even Kenny. Kenny lied to Clementine to try to justify him wanting to spill innocent blood.
His opinion based upon fact is far better than your Kenny apologist explanation.
Kenny wanted blood, that's a fact. No matter what Jane said he was intent on trying to murder her and spill her innocent blood.
She wanted Clementine to admit openly that Kenny was lost and he was, Kenny is the one that pushed things too far.
Yeah because she knew Clem didn't want to leave her friend behind, a friend she had known wayyy longer than Jane who she'd known what? 3 or 4 days? Another reason why if it was me i'd still choose Kenny over her. Jane wanted Clem to herself because she didn't want to be alone anymore which by the way is proven if you abandon Jane, she says "i can't do this alone".
Because she needed to show Clementine the truth about Kenny as Kenny literally just destroyed the last group all by himself and he was flipping out over every little thing.
She didn't need to show shit. Clem is mature enough to make her own decisions and doesn't need Jane to show her anything. Clem could see what he was going through and she had seen Kenny like that before and guess what? He got through it, he still survived, he didn't ever give up. If i had a friend suffering the way Kenny was, i'd want to try my best to help them, not push them over the edge by fucking with their emotions, hitting the nerve of the one last ray of hope Kenny had left which was AJ's wellbeing.
Kenny literally just destroyed the last group all by himself and he was flipping out over every little thing.
Flipped out over every little thing? So being honest about how he feels is bad is it? Because no one else has the balls to openly tell others their feelings even if it does make him come across as an asshole. Sorry kiddo but again that is just your opinion that he destroyed the group. You only look at one side of the coin which is obviously typical. You seem to ignore the fact he got a truck working for the group who offered him no thanks for it, he never asked to be part of that group. He was quite happy living at the ski lodge with Sarita, Walter and Matthew before the cabin crew turned up. If anyone destroyed their group it was them indirectly. You could even blame Jane or even Clem for destroying it. Why? Because if Clem hadn't determinantely stole from Arvo or if Jane hadn't threatened him, then the Russians wouldn't have ambushed the group, which in turn led to the events that occured later to group being destroyed as you put it.
If Clementine had lost AJ there's no doubt that he would have raged out on her and Clementine has far less chances or surviving than even Jane did.
Again all based on an assumption that you nor i will never know. I disagree though and the reason i say that is because Kenny had plenty of chances to physically hurt Clementine but he didn't, the worst he ever got was shout at her and be horrible which he did apologise for but that's beside the point. Kenny most likely saw Clem as a replacement for Duck and given that she's a kid i would never ever believe he'd try and kill her like the man you are making him out to be. I think the Wellington ending proves just how much he cared about those kids. Anyway, as i said, that will always be speculation of what you just said and nothing more so think what you like because it won't matter a damn.

More crazy than Kenny flipping out over, as far as he knew, an accident and wanting to spill innocent blood?
He's a rabid dog, it's unrealistic and insane for Clementine to back him over Jane.
Ohh yeah he's never cared or done anything for anyone ever, oh yes. Let's call this list below the "It's not as if he didn't" list of sarcasm:
It's not as if he didn't offer to give a man and a little girl, 2 strangers he just met, a lift in his pick up truck with his family towards where they were headed:
It's not as if he didn't save a man's life at the drugstore after an assumed racist old man knocked him on his ass and left him to die:
It's not as if he didn't ever go out hunting for the group to make sure they all got food:
It's not as if he didn't help kill walkers from attacking a man stuck in a bear trap along with 2 scared teenagers who needed help:
It's not as if he didn't show concern for the determinant man or boy they rescued from the woods when asking his wife:
It's not as if he didn't care showing his reaction when the determinant man or boy died after his wife failed to save him:
It's not as if he didn't want the kids to eat before/instead of himself when food was being handed out:
It's not as if he didn't consider other people's safety by preventing further lives from dying in stopping "the" old man from possibly turning:
It's not as if he didn't risk his life continuing to go on runs into Macon to get supplies for the group.
It's not as if he didn't get an RV working to ensure everyone could leave with him and his family if they had wanted to.
It's not as if he didn't care about the group's safety when he said this in response to Lilly's earlier actions:
It's not as if he didn't fix up a boat for the group and not just himself:
It's not as if he didn't actually say the line:
It's not as if he didn't save Christa's life:
It's not as if he didn't stop Ben from suffering a fate of being eaten alive:
It's not as if he didn't take the blame (for a stolen radio) protecting Clem from being beaten down by a "genuine" psychopath:
It's not as if he didn't help a pregnant woman deliver her baby:
It's not as if he didn't get a truck working for a bunch of people he didn't get on well with:
It's not as if he didn't show that he was gracious enough to check on a woman he disliked after they just argued in the car after it span out of control:
It's not as if he didn't selflessly insist that the kids take their chance of safety by staying at Wellington:
Oh for sure, your original post was very true (big sarcasm). Sorry for this extreme post somewhat but i just had to reply to this. I am not sure if you just have bad English or you were deliberately writing your post in that way as slang or something but either way, i wanted to reply to not only inform you that although your opinion is neither right or wrong, you really shouldn't be saying others that like Kenny are idiots and that we should change our views. It's disrespectful and is not going to happen.
Please, just don't rile me up further because i never posted that to cause an argument.
Lmao who done turned my thread into a Kenny vs Jane thing? This was supposed to be a "Are people that chose Wellington thinking about changing to going with Kenny" thing.

If a window is open, the car will be freezing lol. As you both said, it was unrealistic she survived. She would have died during the Russian ambush if anything

Whether Alvin Junior was uncomfortable when he was put inside the car does not determine whether Jane is crazy; there is no correlation between one person's mental state and another person's feelings.
I firmly believe that Jane would've told Clem the truth.
You think AJ would have been like "Nah, I never minded you for leaving me in the car" to Jane? Also, if AJ didn't start crying, you think Jane would have told Clem the truth?
I'm kind of curious as to what they're going to end up doing with Wellington. I mean, that was one of the main end goals for much of season two, right? So to only have it appear for a flashback sequence in the beginning... hmm. Maybe they'll go more in depth as to how their community was running as well as the people living inside of it. I hope so.
I went with the Wellington ending on my first playthrough, but I think I'm going to try going through most of the different endings in general. I'll probably start off with the Wellington one first, I'd say.
Another person who can see that you treat people poorly. I had a different opinion above and you attempted to mock me with some cringe ass meme.
I wouldn't even dare to ask for opinion acceptance if I were you.

Who says that Clementine didn't want to leave "her friend" behind, Dan? My Clementine would've taken off with Jane as soon as the game had given me the chance, and perhaps I would've left Alvin with Kenny so that the latter would have a motivation to live.
She wanted Clementine to admit openly that Kenny was lost and he was, Kenny is the one that pushed things too far.

Clem is mature enough to make her own decisions and doesn't need Jane to show her anything.
Clearly that's not the case, since the player never had the chance to openly acknowledge that Kenny was dangerous, and therefore didn't have the option to leave with Jane peacefully.

Ah, the Kenny fanatic.
Never addressing his actions but instead attacking others because what Kenny did is undefendable.
Pretty sure you have no authority to tell anyone what to do.
Not everyone worships a monster such as Kenny like you do.
Some of us actually prefer facts.
And you can love a rabid dog like Kenny, you just need to stop trying to pretend he isn't what he is and how much of a danger he is to Clementine.
It's a fact that she's far less crazy.
Did Jane flip out over an accident abd try to spill innocent blood?
Did Jane destroy the group over rage ours that scared everyone?
Did Jane go out of her way to harass and antagonize the entire group?
Did Jane abandon Clementine because of beef with Lee?
Oh wait, that was all Kenny.
