Question about purchasing the game

Ok, so Im thinking to buy the first two episodes of The New Frontier on Steam, because I don't have enough money right now to buy the whole game, so can I do that ? Can I buy them separately ? Cause Im not seeing any option to do this with Batman...

For Steam, I think you can only purchase the season pass.
