About Specs Requirements VS my Specs

Going to resume what's happening.
I'm really sad to know that the req. specs is a system operative with only 64 bits. Telltale could at least put the 32 bits too... that's the only problem I have
I know I have a pc outdated but still, I've played the other games completely fine and now I think can't even play.

I already bought the game and would like so much to play it. Waited so long like every other fan and then I can't play it.

Do you guys think there's a little hope that I could still play with this 32 bits?

Comments

  • No, sorry. No chance of that. Batman was the same.

Nah. If you wanna get technical, a 64-bit operating system can compute faster and larger amounts of information which is why latest games are built for it.

  • Well thanks for the info. Here goes down my excitement...

  • I think you might still be able to play it but it will really lag a lot which might get extremely frustrating. Some games you CAN manage to play that are 64bit on a 32bit system but I don't know if Telltale games would work or not.

IF you do decide to try it anyway just to test it and see if it works I would highly suggest getting an external cooling system so your PC doesn't overheat (which it WILL do). If you let your PC overheat a lot then it's gonna fuck it's insides up and then you will have to get a new one or get it repaired. So it's a risk if you do.

My PC is 64bit but Batman still lagged like crazy (which has the same requirements I think)....

  • Even with the latest patch?

Yep. Episode 5 was fine for the most part, but some dialogue scenes were terribly laggy for some reason.. I'm afraid ANF will be the same.

  • Have you tried different resolutions? I got like 30 FPS on the highest resolution, but a constant 60 on something like 1280X720.

  • Yup, that's the sad part. Even the high specs still lagged when Batman came out but I don't think TWD will have the same mistake
