(Spoilers) Will Clem get captured right at the start of Episode 3?

So at the end of episode 2 of A New Frontier, Clementine can either be captured with you or not (depending on whether you used her as bait or ran off). If you shot Comrad and Clem ran off, do you think that Clem will be captured right at the start of Episode 3 because Telltale have a reputation of not letting our choices matter?

    I replayed it and I didn't let her run off, I'd rather have her prisoner so she can't go anywhere than just have her run off

    Either way we're 100% gonna see her again she's a main character, I'm thinking maybe she sneaks in or something

    It saddens me when I hear Clem call me a traitor and you can see the sadness of our betrayal in her eyes so I think shooting Comrad is by miles the best option.

    I don't want to upset Clem :(

    It is pretty fucked up when she gives you that look lol but imo i think it's more interesting to bring her with you and find out the truth about what happened with anf rather than her just disappearing
