As I said to someone else, you worded it much better than I would have. I tend to be rather blunt, so what I really want to say wouldn't be well received, and creative freedom is something I very much value . . . whether people like it or not. I'd rather have my freedom to write what I want and have it be disliked than be forced to . . . yeah, change 'my work'. It's even worse really because it seems like the people who like it as it is don't matter. (Everyone's views matter, but entertainment is so very subjective.)
Forget about me signing this. Yeah, some things were disappointing for me, sure. Ain't nothing to deny for its flaws. I didn't like the bul… morelshit they brought up either, in the game and how the marketed it. But no way I'm signing this, as someone who wants to create stories himself, I find this insulting and I would be a hypocrite if I did sign this. You're the feedback, not the smith. You just have to deal with it like everyone else, I have to. Just give your criticisms to Telltale, and just hope they listen.
Yeah. Exactly. I don't like others trying to take over my work, I like to be the boss of my own creation and I can still take feedback cuz it might help in the long run. I'm sure every creator feels that way. A petition is not really good way of making feedback.

that would be great. I feel something is deeply amiss in this new season I am just not feelin' it. It took me 3 days to muster up enough enthusiasm to play episode 2. They should bring back the writers of season 1 and 2 and fix their colorful, cartoony graphics too.
Remember the dog bite thing, Deltino, where someone claimed to have consulted a vet friend or something? That was a hoot. I remember that people were apparently experts on a hungry dog's behavior too? The absolute worst though, I think, was the whole mess with Sarah and Nick whereas the dog thing was more funny than anything else.
And yeah, I used to say what you did just now about the people at companies being . . . people. I just got fed up of it. So many posts these days I end up deleting before even posting them on several forums.
Little known fact: it got so toxic around here during TWD S2 that they actively avoided coming on here at times.
Being a long time lurker… more before I made an account, I can attest to that. This place was... definitely something back then.
I get people having grievances, maybe getting a bit emotional about things. That's an understandable reaction to something you don't like. But you can only take so much negativity before it starts to weigh on you. It gets hard enough trying to deal with shit on here as a regular user, or even a mod... so imagine how the actual employees feel. I've no doubt that at least one person has had their creative energy drained just by coming on here.
It's easy to forget, but the people working at Telltale are still people at the end of the day. They're not just a bunch of cogs, part of a bigger machine. They're people who have their own lives, families, etc. And just like normal people, they can't put up with people's shit 24/7.
I hope that at least we'll get some more flashbacks before the death of Kenny/Jane, so we can spend some time and bond with them AND also play as Clem too (since bonding with them before that loss actually makes us see why Clem changed so much after losing either of them)
I don't think the episodes were bad. My only issue was with the flashbacks which a lot of us seem to agree on regardless of whether you're f… moreor Jane or Kenny. I'm interested in Javier, I really like Kate, and I was actually shocked by the twist of episode 2. TellTale did a good job with these new characters for the most part, but the way they handled their past characters seems to be an afterthought. Honestly if they had played a game of "Would you rather?" between the flashbacks we got versus no flashbacks, I prefer the latter. I do want more time to play as Clementine, but I'm content for now with Javier especially if Clementine's actions are truly determined by choices of the previous seasons.

Did you get shot in the face with a rocket launcher?

Why do you ask such a weird thing?
Yeah, Eleanor is the only new character I kind of like, too.
But if the kill Clem... I am right back at "Anger"... and I will stay there for a long time.
Yes i am not happy with the rushed storyline too

Okay then, I wasn't shot in the face with a rocket launcher, but it seems like you were shot.
I'll sign this
