You could choose a chapter of an episode and redo a choice

    What was the rewind option?

  • It is to me. There was no good reason not to have a Next Time at the end of episode 2.

    It's not necessary imo. ekhembuttherewindoptionisekhem

  • It's useless feature in all honesty. Also the unskippable button was annoying as fuck and I had to afk while it ended in the previous seasons. The only reason I see previously being used is when they release the episode after waiting a month+ because people forget what the hell happened. It's definitely not because you made any meaningful choices that will matter though.

  • It's useless not to use Next Time for episode 3.

  • What could they show you when the episodes themselves are so short? They will literally spoil everything that will happen in the next episode.

What? What kind of excuse is this?

  • That doesn't mean in any way that it's a bad menu.

It's just the Batman menu with Walking dead art all over it.

  • Exchange Of The Year.

Because with the extra 30 seconds of "Next Time On..." footage, it will be too long for players to play the whole game in one sitting.

  • Exchange Of The Year.

And then delete one of the other ones because we need to make room for the new one to fit. Sounds like a great idea lets do it.

  • I sure hope that "Above The Law" will have a "Previously On."

If it didn't, that wouldn't make any sense.

  • If I don't hear Lee saying "Previously, on The Walking Dead", this will just feel like a reboot instead.

    No, but it's not new.

That doesn't mean in any way that it's a bad menu.

  • we are getting to a point where summing up every single event from previous seasons will take to long. not even tv series show everything when they get to like season 5.

  • I miss that a lot, it allowed so much more theories to be created, it brought speculation, it gave us a vague image for us to explore with our imagination, now it's just.... gone. :(

  • It does, it shows that they are lazy fucks

That doesn't mean in any way that it's a bad menu.

  • It talks about Telltale's effort, not the beauty of the menu.

  • It's a joke about how short the episodes are.

  • Probably because if they did, they would have already showed 90% of the episode.

  • I wanted to see this soooooooo much!!

  • Dude if there is a beautiful thing but keeps getting repeated, it is no longer beautiful since it loses its spark.

  • It hasn't lost its spark for me! :p

    I like it, okay?

  • If i recall correctly, it already happened in Episode 3, didn't it?

  • I scratched my head too

  • Uhh...theu never sum up things from previous seasons except in Episode 1 so idk what you are talking about...

  • It's the one time I've mentioned the menu, though.

  • When I first opens the game I was like "omg omg can't wait to hear it have been waiting for months omg omg" real bummer they Removed it.

  • Kind of. In the "next time" segment, it seemed more like Carver was trying to pass down some of his knowledge and leadership tactics to Clem, but in the game it's just him barking orders at her after shoving Reggie off the roof.

If i recall correctly, it already happened in Episode 3, didn't it?

  • I agree that Telltale should bring back these features (the "Previously On", the "Next Time On" and the rewind feature). Instead of having Lee narrate it, perhaps Clementine could? Seems appropriate. Also, it's very annoying having to restart an entire episode simply to change one choice.

  • I was also kind of hoping they'd create an Opening for Season 3, since they've started doing that. The Michonne one was awesome.

  • And even if it is, that's no excuse to cut corners.

    We don't know that.

  • Shots fired.

They had to do this because the length of the clip in "Next Time" was actually longer than the episode

  • Even worse for me was no credit songs. :(

  • True! There was just the soundtrack. Perhaps there'll be songs in the next few episodes? Not every episode had a song in the previous Seasons. I was also kind of hoping for opening credits, which Telltale did for Michonne.

  • Why does that bother you? I hate that shit in t.v. shows and I hated it even more in the game. Thank god I don't have to sit through that bullshit anymore.

Because I can forget what happened last time

  • Wow, maybe you should consider some memory exercises. I mean, forgetting after a month is kind of ridiculous.

  • A small lost. The Next time previews tend to be misleading anyway
