Are we going to see Hector again?
I know sometimes you can say less is more and just imagine Hector died, etc. but he seemed like genuinely upstanding and nice guy. I wish we could know him a little bit more. Or at the very least see how Javier and Kate dealt with Hector.

We're just gonna see how he died in Javier's flashbacks
I wonder if that'll happen in Episode 3 or later in the season.
TBH, that probably won't affect the story that much.
I think it will be interesting to see how they handle Hector's fate in flashback.
I do like how the flashbacks so far seem to serve to give depths to Javier's character.
We see Hector in every flower and every child's smile...I like to think Uncle Hector is alive in all of us.
Uncle Hector died so that we may drink juice forever
We may see him in another flashback, but who knows, I feel like the flashbacks kinda just focus on Javier Kate and David.

He either died because Javi told the family he was bit, or he turned into a walker and they killed him.
Javier and David's uncle who got bitten by his undead brother.
