About that truck driver...
My Javier told him to come back, that there's a herd closing in and his family's still there and the truck driver replied "That's why we're moving AWAY from it." What does that mean? I'd thought Javier would be driven to be executed, or they could just tie him up in front of the Junkyard's gate to be walkers' food. Why did they have to take him somewhere... safer? I don't understand.
I remember the driver said "You're lucky we do things in certain way, if it were for me, I'd put a bullet in your brain after what you've done to Lonnie." (paraphrasing)
What is this certain way? Their treatment to prisoners? Is it possible that ANF is not so bad after all?

I think the New Frontier takes these survivors and makes them join their group.
I think he was taking him back for a hearing? maybe to be judge by their leader. (of course we know who he is) So to take a line from Negan: "There are rules." And so even though he is not part of their group, they still - for the most part - live by their rules. And therefore he is being subjected to them.
If you remember right before the attack on Prescott, the guy you meet at the gate of Richmond tries to prevent the attack, telling the guy who ordered it that they didn't have the go ahead. It seems like they do have system in place with the group to prevent chaos.
Well if David is the boss...he would be using something like a military chain of command...and also a military tribunal system.
Oh damn, that's a very good point, maybe its the exhaustion but it completely slipped my mind about the broken glass being a gift from his deceased CO, he'd definitely have the background to set up a system like that.
To Mod, if you think my topic or title is spoilerish, feel free to edit, thank you.
Yeah, that would lead me to think, that they're not just some chaotic group of thugs. Maybe they're just like The Saviors? I can't wait for ep 3.
We... I personally have been led to believe that NF is just bad. Well, seeing that guy (Max?) seemed pretty reasonable albeit still one of "them" makes me think that maybe the group is not all bad. That asshole called badger is the one gave it a bad name by killing Mari. Then again, I remember Clem saying that they USED to be decent group, and now they're something else.
The reason why I'm asking this is that there's a high possibility that David will ask (or force) Javi to join New Frontier, just like in the trailer where we can see the brand on Javi's neck, so... I really wanna know what this New Frontier really stands for. I suspect that Bdger and his cohorts gave false information saying that Javi's groups were the ones who attacked first and killed many of his men. (although the latter is true to be fair). So, Badger has been using NF to be his personal tool for vendetta.
I can't wait to tell David about this.
