Which characters do you want to come back?
There are still quite a few characters, such as Lily, Christa and the 400 Days gang, whose fates are unknown. Which character's story arc would you like to find some closure for in Season 3?
I've noticed that the game checks to see if you have the 400 Days DLC installed, so perhaps we'll get to see one of those characters.

None of them, they'll die if they come back.
I really want to know what happened to Christa though. And I thought that perhaps Lily would be the leader of Wellington or the New Frontier, although I don't really care what happens to her.

Christa and Lilly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a dlc that reveals the fates of characters that you don't know the fate of (Including Molly)

None. I don't really see the need and it would be awfully convenient narratively unless they got their own series. For me, they have already used up their 'people popping up again' credits, having spent the last one at the end of ep 2 of S3.
Well, she's either dead or alive. If she's dead, then they wont bring her back on screen. However, we are pretty far away from the last place we saw her if she was alive. Although Kenny came back at a ski lodge in the middle of Virginia after we came back from Georgia, so I'm not really one to talk.
The only characters I actually liked in the entire series are very much dead.

I believe Lee will come back next episode. They never show you his dead corpse so he could still be alive.

I guess if you didn't shoot Lee he would've become a walker and he could be roaming around somewhere. But he definitely died.
