I know I'm gonna get flak for this, but...
I kinda found the flashbacks funny, to be honest (minus the Alone flashback);
They just kinda happen and then Jane/Kenny/Edith and the Wellington just die/fall in like a second.
It's random and way too fast, kinda like "Oh. Okay...?"
Idk. Please don't kill me.

They were so bad they were funny.
Millions of people died from walker infection, but...
At the end of the day...
DON'T TALK AND DRIVE
Or at least do that while wearing a seatbelt.
Protection is key!
In both Kenny and Jane's scenarios, if you know what I mean.. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Jane's was by far the funniest.
Kenny was a close second. Not his scene either.
I couldnt stop laughing at janes model, I was just gone at that point. The suicide in which she killed herself and let herself turn had me so shocked at how bad the writing was just agast, seeing the pregnancy test I was just done.
Same here. His death was one of the most nonsensical and hilarious things in season 3 so far.
I've been a pretty big defender of TTG's writing but they handled Kenny/Jane pretty badly dating back to S2. I'll say this, I get where they wanted to go with these endings. And they sort of got there. But something went well wrong here. Its like someone forgot to add the "yeast" to this part of the story and it fell flat. The reason ppl laugh at these scenes is the paceing used, is normally reserved for comedy. For these to have worked as drama/horror more effectively they each needed atleast five to ten more minutes to let the story simmer in our minds. Theres a reason old silent comedy reels are super. fast paced TTG. Lolz
Yea it would've been nice to have flashbacks throughout the ep, (re)build up our attachment to these characters, then finally revealing their fates in that final car ride. Instead it was all wham-bam-nothankyou-ma'am.
As someone who bawled her freakin eyes out at Lee's ending, then again at Clem having to choose between Wellington or Kenny (obvs picking Kenny; I think I rambled, tear-filled, on tumblr about Clem losing another father figure, or.. something) ... welp, yea. I barely felt anything for Kenny's death. I mean, it was obvious that it was going to happen. Any time characters start talking of a rosy future and the happy music plays, ya know shit's about to go down. And then the 'I.. I can't feel my legs!' I mean, it was just atrocious.
No fault of Gavin Hammon, certainly. The man gave it his all, but it was absolutely NOT the Kenny send-off we deserved.
I do find myself chuckling when Kenny say that he is gonna make a sailor out of Clementine. And he was wearing an eye-patch which makes him look like a pirate captain.
It's true that I didn't see him that "normal" since season 1. He seemed like at peace for one, well until he gets ejected from the car of course.
That's exactly it!
Yeah, that eyepatch is fucking terrible.
Fuck.
Oh my God.
I laughed at Jane's character model, but flipped out on how stupid her story went. Then I just laughed on how ridiculous Kenny's end went, expecting him to die soon after going on and on about their future. Freakin lame.
I love Kenny but his death made me laugh out loud. It was so out of nowhere and just bad lol. Still despite that I have loved this season thus far.
Personally I'm glad that I chose to stay in Wellington. I don't know Edith very well and when she died I was just, "Oh, how sad." and moved on. :P
I was laughing too...
...and then my laughter died down and asked what the hell happened.
Jane and Edith's death were okay. Kenny and Clementine went full Lori Grimes and Kenny ended up dying. Lol
Kenny's was just pathetic and he died like a sissy
