What Clem did to earn this rage from New Frontier?
I think I didn't see threads about this. So, we know New Frontier wants to capture Clem. But why? So far, there are just two episodes out, so we don't have much info. But let's speculate!
What facts we have:
1) New Frontier sacked the town where she lived, after coming there with Kenny (probably similar with other choices too). She and AJ barely escaped.
2) While hiding from zombies, Clem met a woman who offered her to join New Frontier.
3) AJ is no longer with Clem. Is he dead?
4) New Frontier hunts Clem.
5) Clem became cynical bitch.
So, why AJ is gone and why they hate Clem that much? Is it connected? Maybe someone from New Frontier killed AJ (possibly not on purpose) and Clem avenged AJ's death by killing someone from New Frontier? Maybe their former leader?

I haven't seen any evidence so far that they are actively hunting Clem.
AJ is probably with the New Frontier.
The New Frontier wants Clementine probably because she escaped them and killed some people in the process, now she has to "face justice".
The reason why she escaped is unknown, but she probably didn't see things eye to eye with them, disagreeinG with their moral and actions.
If she didn't agree with them on something major, why would she leave a baby with them?
I think it's pretty clear AJ is still alive what with her desperately looking for a car to go to Richmond.
I don't see where you got they were hunting Clem, they just mentioned Javier who pissed them off hence why they attacked Prescott. They weren't even aware she was with them until the very end (determinant).
AJ and their "justice" are probably the biggest reasons why she left them.
She left the baby at Richmond, that was later taken by the NF.
Okay, guess I missed this.
I'm not saying it's true, I'm just saying it's likely since the way she reacts when Jesus tell her the news.
Maybe Clem is being used by TNF to lure Javier and the Team into coming to Richmond. Would be a pretty silly twist though, as Clem herself acted surprised as she learned about Richmond has been taken over by the New Frontier. On the other hand, they could have taken AJ hostage and threatened Clem that way.
We can, of course, only speculate about the motives of TNF this early in the season. But remember Clem telling us they are "something else" now.
Clementine has NF mark hidden under her sleeve, which means she isn't proud of it; she definietly regrets joining them and tries to hide her past. Maybe things she had to do for NF were so terrible or cruel (like shooting children without hesitation - Marianna) that she's decided to left them, betray them or something similar.
My guess is that, whatever it is, it will turn out to be Clem's fault directly rather than something NF were making her do or not do. Like how she shot that guy right in the head.
I still have a feeling that NF killed AJ, probably because of his mental problems - like fascists did. And, like fascists, they consume all other communities. Maybe that was what upset Clem.
What the fuck is Clementine going to do for the rest of the season then?
They didn't want to share their pudding with her.
Seriously though, I think it's something like they did something to pissed her off, left their group, and she has to avoid them or else if they see her alive/opposing them, they'll hurt AJ to get her back. Something like that I think.
Hard to say this, but... she is no longer a protagonist. For all we know she can be killed any moment.
Nah, AJ is too cute to be killed right now.
