Will Jesus take Javier to Alexandria or The Hilltop? (WARNING COMIC SPOILERS)
To see the likes of Rick, Andrea, Carl, Michonne? Or even visit NEGAN in his cell?
That would be pretty cool wouldn't it!
I know that probably will never happen, but I still think it would be cool enough if Jesus could say a few things about Rick or Negan or just whatever you know something to tie the game to the comics. Because we played a whole DLC as Michonne and not once did she mention a single thing or talk about the people and things that happen in the comics.
It's about time they really surprised us with something like this.

I have a feeling if Javier ends up running the New Frontier, Jesus might be in communication with him in the comics. He might be able to lend help to Jesus fighting either the Whisperers or the Saviors upcoming by the looks of it.
That would be good but probably won't happen because like all TellTale Walking Dead games everything ends in ruins.
I personally think there will be more comic characters showing up in ANF at some point. Jesus clearly said, "Look, I'm telling you, I'm on my way to Richmond just like you. I lost touch with some good people there when the New Frontier took over." So I'm expecting we meet some of these folks.
I'm not necessarily sure if we'll see Rick/Negan in particular, but I'm betting we'll at least see some other familiar faces, and who knows, they could talk about Rick/Negan at the least.
Also I'm not the biggest reader of the comics, but who from the comics is currently in the Richmond area?
No one, in the comics, is in or near Richmond, but Magna and her group came from the Richmond area after issue 126.

I don't think we'll see any main characters, but I do think Jesus may end up being the connection to the comics.

I don't keep up with the comics as much as I do the show, but after the savior arc doesn't Rick establish a trade network between communities, working together as allies? Maybe we'll get a reference in the comics of their community, I'm assuming Richmond remains standing at the end of ANF with Javier in a leadership position and running a more controlled group.
I hope so too. I'd be delighted to see what Telltale Negan and Rick looks like. Maybe they could be forgiven for some of their past transgressions with a few more great comic cameos such as that.
