Honestly, I think its pretty natural for her face to look alot different, she is transitioning from looking like a little girl, to looking like a woman
I don't know if you guys noticed, but comparing to s1 she is a LOT darker (skin) now. I am not a racist, just pointing out how TTG keeps making her darker every season.

I think it's right after the burial scene, she notes that they left a car and offers a ride back to Prescott, you can ask her to stay with you during that interaction.
If that's a model swap, then that means Clem's hood was a movable part of her model. I wonder if there were plans or parts that originally had her with her hood up (possibly when we first meet her?).

Blood stains. So she could have cleaned the hat but blood stains arent exactly easy to remove.
