STILL can't download 'Episode 2' for 'A New Frontier' (PC)
I'm not giving up, sooner or later someone from Telltale has to give me an answer.
Day 3 of the same issue for me: I can't download 'Episode 2' on PC.
In-game download in the 'Episodes' menu always gets stuck exactly at 94%, and I get a message 'Failed - Content failed to download'.
Also, I have a Season Pass.
Is there anyone out there reading this with this same issue who could solve it? It seems I'll have to find a solution for this without Telltale Support - again.
Is it possible to download episodes somehow outside of the game's 'Episodes' menu?
Any ideas or pieces of advice would be appreciated.

Day 4 of the same issue... and the only advice I got so far is that I should redownload this from Steam, buying it again.
Obviously, I really don't wanna do that. Is that it? I made a mistake downloading this from the Telltale Store, and now I'll never be able to download 'Episode 2'?
I can't leave you alone with this. I have the same problem. Purchased it 2 days ago and i have already played episode 1. Very nice.
But the download of Episode 2 stops at about 90-95%. Reinstalled it about 5 times(yesterday and today).
I've contacted Support a few mins ago. I'll keep you updated, if i know how to solve this problem.
Thanks, maybe you'll be luckier than me! If I get any replies, I'll let you know.
FINALLY got a reply:
"For the issue you are experiencing with Episode 2, please launch the game and start the download for Episode 2. If you receive a download failed message again, click OK, then wait for 1 minute. Do not click anywhere else in the game after clicking OK, and leave the game as is for 1 minute. Then click on Download Episode 2 to download it again. This should allow you to successfully acquire the episode."
Tried it, it worked, hope it will work for you, too!
Thanks mate, that's working.
I am having the same problem but that "fix" isn't working for me. Episode 2 starts to download again and a couple minutes later the download fails again. And again. And again. Ad nauseam. Anyone (pu-leeeez!) have any other ideas?
