Okay so admittedly I know you specified "Telltales TWD" and I don't know if this song would fit the game so much as The Walking Dead in gene… moreral, but I have been obsessed with this song for a few days now and have been dying to share it on this forum since It reminded me so much of The Walking Dead. I didn't know where to put it so I hope you're okay with me using this thread (forgive me).
I suppose it could fit into the game in the same sense as to how "Walk Among The Cobras" by Dan Sartain worked into the game as a song Nate played in the car (so not necessarily an ending song)
I view this as a song of hope sang to someone who is suffering at the hands of any type of grievance. The piece's affirmative and inspiring … moreundertones almost equate to a deeper sadness, if that makes any sense. I think this is kind of fitting to the world of the walking dead. Well, I hope this isn't a terrible match! If it is, please don't throw the tomatoes...

I feel like it fits The Walking Dead: A New Frontier what with the whole ''big community possibly being corrupt'' and with it featuring a mo… morere survival oriented Clementine (a slightly jaded version of her in contrast to how she was before). I can just imagine Javier, Clem and their group trying to take down the New Frontier throughout the series as the people around them struggle to stay in tact, with group members dying and the urgency to escape being strong.
That's what I was picturing when I first heard it anyway haha. The actual game might not end up that way xD

Just replace "girl" with "boy" and it's pretty solid. "Back from the Dead" is a metaphor often used for someone who has been through so much shit that you'd imagine they'd be dead at that point - at least emotionally and perhaps they ''were'' in a sense but they've managed to spring back regardless of it.
^ I think that's a good description of Kenny as a character in general. He always somehow manages to spring back no matter how many shitty cards he's been dealt.

I feel like this song is the anthem for Clem's generation: children who have had their childhoods stripped away and now must mature into survivors. The future of humanity really rest in their hands.
