Jane lied about the family stealing from them.
I mean look at her model. The family didn't steal that food she ate it.

Maybe she wasn't even pregnant... she was just chubby.
Edit: She might've planned out that fake pregnancy test so that Clementine doesn't know the truth behind her suicide attempt... I'll stop now .
Are you saying that she ate everything? xD
I love this teorie.
Man... her stomach consumed them fast... otherwise she would've broke that fan she was hanging on to.
I swear this makes more sense than what actually happened to her.
That was my thought as well.
FUCKING.
ROASTED.
Okay, this topic made me laugh. Good job.
EDIT: And for the record, I was laughing at the jokes regarding about Jane's awkward looking character model and not at the character herself or the circumstances around her suicide.
lel
And Kenny is a pedophile. Everyone is happy. Yay.
Wow. I'm done for the day lmao
That's kinda rude
How in the hell is Kenny a pedophile? Please Amuse me.
Fat shaming a pregnant woman who commits suicide. How hilarious!
A fictional character, mind you.
I know I wouldn't laugh at a real pregnant woman who would commit suicide.
Is really fat shaming if it's the truth? (Not implying she actually ate the food)
Doesn't the verosimilitude of a piece of fiction extend to when we visit a forum to discuss said piece of fiction and its characters?
Okay that was hilarious, Daze.
pretty boring joke if the punchline is just 'lol she fat'
If what you're trying to say is, is that if someone finds a fictional scene humorous in spite of being considered inappropriate by some for laughing at others misfortune, chances are these people might also find a real life counterpart of that fictional scene just as humorous?
If so, then I would have to disagree.
If that wasn't the point of your message, then I apologize, as I have never heard or used the word verisimilitude until today.
great bait mate
bait... boat
Boats!
We didn't call you fat, Jane avatar user.
i wouldn't say fat shaming, more like making fun of telltale because they made a shitty character model.
We did made fun of Lee's infinite back-pocket when he had to carry that flamethrower.
i'm... aware of that?
She wasn't really pregnant because she ate the baby.
I... yes... casually walks out...
yeah nailed it.
In other, less confusing words:
I'm aware that we have to pretend that the characters in the game are real for as long as we interact with the game. Don't we have to have that courtesy too when we are in the forum discussing the game?
I wasn't aware "verosimilitude" wasn't a thing in English!
To a degree, it should. Some courtesy should be made when it calls for it.
But there are times when we really should just take a commentator's message with a grain of salt and not take a controversial joke too seriously, especially if there's no intent malice behind the words.
A pocket of holding. Lee was excited about finding that loot.
I actually expected Lee to hilariously try and carry the flamethrower through the bridge latter, but was disappointed instead
It wasnt about the baby, Jane really just killed herself because she couldn't deal with her new model.
It's a comment I made after playing season 2 again and seeing the 2 Jane's together and how different they are.
At least with Kenny you could argue a progression of age with his appearance, even though he had less wrinkles in season 2 than season 1. (must be that beard)
So sorry if commenting on the sudden increase in mass between season 2 and 3 models is offensive, because a not real character is pregnant and by commenting on the poor model we're somehow fat shaming real people. Okay
Also. I could get the whole fat shaming a pregnant lady angle, if y'know, her model was actually a pregnant woman model and not a crappy model.
Dude... your picture totally threw me off.
Why couldn't she shoot herself in the head so to not come back as a zombie... instead hanging herself putting the kids in danger.
Even in death her selfishness knows no bounds...
For some reason, yours worked.
