New Frontier is still new but there isn't any characters that I feel need to be killed. Conrad seemed to be the only liability so far. I feel like I can trust Paul and he's pretty badass. Season 2 had a lot of winners apparently, lot of people I wanted dead there.

After what they did to Mark I wanted nothing but to kill them. Stabbed Danny with a pitchfork and kicked Andy into the electric fence and he was pretty beat up too.

I guess looking out for Rebecca's health during her recovery, calling out Kenny for pushing everyone too hard, either saving AJ when Clementine leaves him in the road or trying to get a better angle on Buricko before being called attention to by Kenny and taking a bullet in the leg for either one, showing guilt for failing to save everyone who died, giving Mike a break so he can walk on his own, and determinately saving Clementine from a walker after she ignores his pleas didn't happen then.

Well, sort of. Sarah was most likely deader by that point--there's no changing that, unfortunately. All Luke could do afterward was get his act together, do right by the people he cares about, and work hard to make sure he can prevent anyone else from dying on his watch--just like he always had done before.
Well, Sick bastards, but either way I suppose. Danny was the closest thing to being outright evil.

Yes, Danny was indeed the worst of them. I'm still inclined to call them all evil due to how little remorse they showed and how many lifes they took., but perhaps you're right and 'sick' is a more appropiate term for them.
