Kenny and Jane should've said...SPOILER
Depending on Lee's last words in season 1, Kenny should've said "I'll miss you", "Don't be afraid", or "You'll be okay" before making Clementine run off or in Jane's ending, there should be a note on the floor that says either of those three lines. It wouldn't work as much with Edith but you get my meaning.

That would've been a nice touch, actually. I still like how Kenny went out (not the fact that he died), but it could have been improved with a little more sentimentality.
Sentimentality is a good way to put it
Funnily enough, that would have been the biggest impact any of our previous choices had.
Sad, but true.
Indeed it would now that I think about it...
I know, brother. I know.
Jane or Kenny should have went out protecting Clem against walkers. Can you imagine Clem holding AJ and a walker is closing in on her, yet Kenny or Jane runs over, shoves it in the wall, and stabs it in the neck ? Then Jane or Kenny yells at her to leave, then they kill tons of walkers, before finally being taken down. While they are fighting them they give dialogue of Lee, Sarita, Khatja, and Duck or Jane gives mention to Jaime.
The entire episode 1 should have been dedicated to those two characters to give the illusion of choices matter. I've said this over and over and this is honestly how I feel.
I was actually expecting Episode 1 to be about Clementine and her determinant group and Episode 2 to be about Javier. lol I was wrong.
I was expecting something similar, too. I though EP.1 would be us getting to know Javier and EP.2 would explore Clem's whereabouts and what's been happening with whoever she ended up with.
Who were we kidding with this wishful thinking?
I guess I should expect the complete worst out of Telltale so I don't get my hopes up.
That's certainly been my mindset lately.
That's because half of Telltale has become like modern day Infinity Ward and the other half is good Treyarch (Though I don't play Call of Duty anymore.)
Batman was excellent and that's an example.
