What happened to the sleeves on Clem's jacket from S2? In all flashbacks it seems the sleeves have been ripped off?

They probably got too short over time and they ripped them off to fit better (as a vest). Or someone got hurt and they used the sleeves as bandages.
I works with the other flashbacks but Jane's was pretty lazy. It's been like 2 weeks why is Clem a year older and her clothes torn up?
Clem had grown since then and they didn't have spare clothes so maybe they had to rip them.
Since Clem has grown over time I imagine it's part of her out growing it.
Clem flexed her huge biceps and the sleeves just tore right off.
Most likely she grew out of it, or maybe used the sleeves to warm up AJs hands during the Winter.
It'd make sense for Kenny's flashback, but for Jane's its like, Clem just magically grown two years older in a span of (assuming) a month.
What's even weirder is that they bothered to use a younger AJ model in that flashback, yet they didn't do the same with Clementine
I assume they thought people wouldn't notice, but they were wrong.
