Could Kenny return if you leave him or stay in Wellington?at least still alive offscreen

Anyone think Kenny could return if you leave him at the rest stop or stay in Wellington and if u don't think he's gonna return what about a prediction if he's still alive offscreen during the events of a new frontier if u choose either these two options.

  • We don't see him die if he is left unknown.

  • You "deal with it." Some of us still like to speculate about what became of Kenny in certain continuities without being shouted down or heckled off the forum by his haters.

  • His chances of surviving aren't too high (I'd say a 65-35 chance), but yes, it could be possible.

    I chose Wellington and my head canon is that he is still alive somewhere in that universe.

    Regardless, even if he is alive, we're not going to see him again. That's probably for the best... his story is finished and he left on a high note. There's a high chance Telltale could butcher his character (cough Jane cough) if he came back.

  • I get the impression that the writers want to move away from Kenny and Jane. Given how quickly they have been killed off if you are with them and how short the episodes are, I doubt they will be brought back again.

  • I would really like to believe Kenny is out there alive if we left him.

  • Doubt it. He probably died off-screen.

  • Maybe he went down to Florida like he said he wanted to, found a boat and then lived his days on the ocean.

    ...but with this game's track record sometimes, he could've also gotten eaten by sharks or something. I dunno.

  • Kenny killing himself would be incredibly out of character.

  • He could be alive, but I don't think you'll see him again. Leaves things open for fanfiction if anyone's interested in doing that.

    He's both dead and alive. Until we get confirmation, Kenny is Schrodïnger's cat.

  • More than likely the writers of Telltale wouldn't bother having him come back. Considering how easy they wrote off all things from the previous seasons, Kenny is gone and will never come back.

  • Inb4 second Wellington flashback we walk around in the woods and find Kenny hanged, even though he said he would never consider committing suicicde!

  • You find him as a walker

    Theoretically, yes, but don't count on seeing him again.

    This is one of the best parts about the Wellington ending for me - Clementine and Kenny part on good terms, which is a rare circumstance in TWD, and both characters part with the hope that both are out there surviving. Something that I think both characters desperately needed.

  • Knowing Telltale, their headcanon is that he tripped over his shoelace during the invasion of Wellington and died by hitting his head.

    I'm sure he'll show up at the end of the season 3 to save the day, along with Christa, Molly, all the 400 days characters, Mike, Arvo and a one-armed Lee who actually survived but just fainted from the blood loss.

    pretty sure.

  • Sounds legit

  • Only If he got lucky, REAL lucky.

  • So was Jane's suicide, but that still happened ;-;

  • Jane's suicide was so in-character.

  • First off there's no way telltale would put that much effort into a walking dead for that type of determinant choice event and characters. Too much work

  • Jane never said anything about never giving up, so I can't really say Jane would never kill herself.

    So was Jane's suicide, but that still happened ;-;

  • I hope not. It'd be some seriously bad writing from Telltale if he does. Unless they actually manage to surprise me.

  • I got the Wellington ending, so based on that, I'd like to believe that he's still alive out there somewhere. Unfortunately, I think it will be unlikely that Javier will ever get the chance to meet him.
