possibility of new series ?

Well is not that i dont like ttg walking dead game, but i wonder if it would be possible to make a all new series without following Clem.

i remember 400 days and i thought that was awesome it would be nice if they worked in seperate games in the same universe but i guess its asking too much

  • What on actual fuck do you people want? More Clementine? Less Clementine? Many protagonists or just one? Crossovers? No crossovers?

Confused me is confused. And I think Telltale is too.

  • What do you call A new Frontier. We're no longer following Clem.

  • Yea, they already made the Michonne game for you.

  • Calm down...take a deep breath that's right...good...good. I want more Clementine and so do the majority. @GCardoso was simply expressing a desire for another TWD series...I am sure Telltale are happy with his love for the series and the love he showed for 400 days. I would tell him, that no, until Telltale actually fixes the current series they have dropped the ball on...I see no reason they would attempt another.

  • I think TTG would be more like. You liked season 1 and 2? You're not the kind of people we want playing our game.

  • love when people start talking about things that were not asked . To be honest i dont care about Clementine, i never did and i never enjoyed her. Now that u mention the subject yes many protagonists would be badass and would make sense since its a zombie apocalyptic world. IF its crossover with TV show i def. want it

And dont say telltale is confused. they have guys reading the posts and still they ruined season 2 and 3 after the fan base maded their opinion

  • They didn't ruined season 2, season 2 was fined. But have you looked into this? It doesn't follow Clem for the people who want something new, it even features a big character from the show :)

  • Don't tell me to calm down! I am calm!

But seriously, I keep seeing threads/comments that people make only to complain about how TT has gone to shit and back. It's nothing but pure hypocrisy coming from people who wanted the breath of fresh air, but nope, Javier is too blank and cliche; they said how nice it would be to see characters from the comics, but nuh-huh, Jesus is unnecessary and doesn't fit. The list goes on.

I agree S3 should use some changes, even major improvements (longer episodes, realistic writing, choices making a difference etc), but I think we should focus on constructive criticism rather than trying to find more and more topics only to lament and rage. Everyone has their right to express opinions and all, but what's the point of repeating the same thing over and over? I'm not addressing this to OP, just getting this stuff out of my chest.

  • Yes, fanbase made shitload of opinions, sadly a lot of them are "s3 suks tt, ur shit". I don't think its easy for them to draw conclusions from that.

You see, I understand that you dislike Clementine, but it's not like TT is going to say fuck life, then cancel the game and start working on a new one, without Clem.

  • Why do you still want telltale to make failing wd games if their original is becoming shit?

  • Ohhh ok, they might do that again though, release a series after ANF like Michonne and S2 but I don't think they'll talk about it before ANF is finished.

  • Isn't that why this is called A New Frontier and not season three?

  • To be honest A New Frontier probably would have been way better if Clem was just left out, if you're going to do some kind of reboot, just reboot it, dont do some fake sequel but not really reboot.

  • I think of it as a spinoff more then a reboot

  • Same. A New Frontier is what its marketed as anyway.

This series honestly just needs to stop already.

  • It was a smart move, though. They lured in a lot of fans to Pedro Rosa's story after the miniseries bombed so hard.
