Larry and the Meat Locker
We have ALL been wrong about Larry and the events of the Meat Locker in Season 1. All of his symptoms that he showed in the game were not those from a heart attack.
Chances are, that he was having a heart attack (you can be wide eyed and bushy tailed when having one, y'know) whilst banging the door and yelling and shouting. Then, as we all remember, he suddenly fell unconscious, was not breathing and he was unresponsive to Lilly. These are all signs of a Cardiac Arrest; unresponsive and not breathing or is only gasping.
Cardiac Arrests can easily result from having a heart attack. If nothing is done almost immediately, death can occur within MINUTES.
However, as we all remember, Lilly immediately started to perform CPR which, as defined by medical experts, can reverse cardiac arrest as long as it's being done almost immediately.
This does not mean that Larry was alive or dead (but it points more towards that he was alive, but could have died due to the fact they did not have a defibrillator with them). It just shows that not only was the game wrong (or I guess I should say TellTale ((no offence, mates!)) was wrong), but us as the fans were wrong as well.

I know this. Great talk.

I wonder if TellTale realized their mistake at all...?
Maybe, maybe not. Either way, it did it's job, as Larry's death/murder was treated seriously, a main source of drama in the following episode, and a defining moment for everyone involved.
True that
Well, in the heat of the moment, you wouldn't think about cardiac arrests and defibrillators, just screaming in your head: "holy shit he's dying what do I do".
The game made sure players remember Larry had heart problems (pharmacy scene) and knew we would be hesitant whether he was dead or alive. It was a great example of proper writing and I wish something similar would appear again.
True that, my friend.
Unless you're a nurse or doctor, you wouldn't really know the difference between a heart attack and cardiac arrest (my sister is a nurse so she helped me out with my health classes and whatnot)
