(Android) Season 3 can't find a season 2 save.
Well as the title says firing up season 3 on my S7 and hitting the 'Continue Your Story' button does nothing. I know what it should do, it should give me the three options of Import Save 2, Import Telltale Save, and Recreate.
Yet as I said above, I hit Continue Your Story and nothing. It turns the button white and just sits there.
All three seasons are up to date and on the phone's Internal Storage.
Is there some step I am missing because I'll be damned if I can think what.

Well Import Save 1. I still had the thread title stuck in my head.
I should add that I clicked the Arrow to move the menu to the right afterward and only have the Recreate option there.
Searching for this problem has proved fruitless, as I am only getting results on how to import from a cloud save, which I am not being provided with the option for.
I am having the same issue except on iOS, played season 1 and 2 on the same device but can't bring my save from 2 over to season 3.
I also click on the arrow after I pick continue your story but it just says to visit the telltale website or recreate my story which I do not want to do
It's the same problem I am having on Android and I can't work out why. I'd even be willing to go the roundabout route of importing a season 2 save from the cloud, but I don't even get given that option.
I tried that. I went back to the season 2 app and uploaded my saves but then when I try to retrieve it on the season 3 app, it can't find anything.
Same here. No option to import from the cloud. Very frustrating.
Well I remembered that I am a fool and by going into Extras is where you import your season 2 save from the cloud, this then adds the option to import after clicking on Continue Your Story and pressing the right arrow.
Not as elegant as importing directly from my device but at least the option is there.
I'd still be open to knowing why Season 3 can't find the season 2 saves on the phone.
Please don't lock and move this thread as you did the other one Moderation team. I've tried the suggestions you posted there, I've had no success with official avenues, so I am hoping that the community will be able to sort out what is wrong.
I have had a email back from support and it seems that they didn't read mine at all.
Despite stressing that I had all three of the games on Internal Storage, the reason they gave for season 3 not recognising season 2's saves is that they are on external storage.
I confess to being somewhat dumbfounded that was their response.
So I plea to the community again. Can anyone think of a reason my saves are not being recognised.

I have the first two seasons on Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One, Steam, GoG, and Android.
The third season I have on GoG and Android.
So yeah, I do have the game on PC, where the option works perfectly. Which is why I find this issue with Android so frustrating.
As to why I am bothered about this issue. Simple really, I like to game during my break at work.
