I think ANF probably would have worked better if they just focused 100% on Javi and the New Story aswell. Then again, it also suffers from t… moreaking inspiration from Michonne. In my opinion, Michonne was a pretty bad game, there wasnt really a purpose to it at all and nothing really happened, that plus annoying kids popping up. So the fact that they did alot of copy and pasting with coming across and evil group, a hostage situation that leads to violence no matter what, and a character getting shot in the back of the head for shock value all over again really got me mad.
Another thing. Season 3 uses things that were dropped for Season 1 and season 2 for the purpose of "it didnt feel right and didnt work" and its show in season 3 with the things that shouldnt be in it because it doesnt work.
Javier has a family. He cares about them, however, us? Not so much. We can like the character but he has a much stronger bond to them than the player. … [view original content]
I don't know about you guys but I like Gabentine.

I'm pretty sure they're so short because they originally was one episode and they split it hour by hour, so this is why we got 1 hour eps! So judging by that i'm pretty sure that the next episodes will be somewhere around 2h. 15 mins. or so!
I'm sorry if someone already posted this topic recently. According to the board, it hasn't been brought up during the last few days at least.
The release of this season was delayed by more than one month (don't forget that it was originally scheduled for November).
So I just assumed that there would at least be a positive: they were going to roll these things out with efficiency.
Now we're in the final day of January and WTFFFFFFFFFF
Get it together, Tellale. LET'S GO.
Dude, do you remember how long the gap between episodes 1 and 2 of season 2 was?
Relax, it's only been a month.
Heck, if anything, the hostile reception towards season 3 from certain groups is making me happy episode 3 is taking a while, as it could mean Telltale is taking the time to address concerns.
Well, Telltale is usually pretty quiet during January. They're getting back from their winter break. I don't think we've ever had a January release from Telltale (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and I never expected episode 3 to release in January.
After the gruesome wait for Tales from the Borderlands, having to wait an extra month is nothing.
Besides, according to Job, we are absolutely getting news about episode 3 in February. Whether or not it releases in February is anyone's guess at this point, but getting news about its release date is a hell of a lot better than the radio silence until the week before/of its release that we've gotten in the past.
The episodes would probably have been monthly had they not decided to respond to the fan feedback. Lots of people were critical of Episodes 1 and 2, so I am guessing that they wanted to clean up Episode 3 a little and delay it in response to the feedback.
I'm fine if in this month we won't have the episode released. I'm more interested of buying and playing Resident Evil Revelations 2 Season Finale, Batman Return to Arkham and Resident Evil 5.
Seems like some folks got their way and TT is rewriting the season. But the last time they did this on Wolf Amung us, the wait was like 3 months and the result was terrible. It just became an unfocused plot hole filled mess afterwards. Be careful what you wish for, yo.

What if TELLTALE decided to have small choices affect what happens....Like you did not keep Clementine from eating Mark...so she views canni… morebalism as a way to survive...you didn't feed her ...so she steals all of Javier's food including the candy bar no matter what you say to her...let her drink...she gets drunk before shooting Eli. dropped Ben at the tower...she will not cover gabe when he fucks up. Beat Kenny up...she beats Conrad up. Don't go to help Luke and Bonnie...lets people die.
Hmmm did I keep her from eating Mark?
4 months.... I cant believe I eagerly waited throughout nearly half a year for one episode. The worst part was that they didn't tell us anything until nearly right when they released it.

They'll probably kill Clementine because Melissa spoke out lol. I honestly wouldn't even be surprised if that happened, since Telltale is making some dumb decisions right now.
Sure it did. Characters that were introduced earlier in the series suddenly disappeared or where made irrelevant (the whole Officer B or Lawrence thing) and the shift form a detective story to an conpspriacy action game that left most of your decisions pointless.
Well, the game itself has received a very positive feedback, collected successful reviews and won valuable awards on different platforms. For many players The Wolf Among Us is the prime example of a great storytelling game.

Don't post this crap. It will bring a console war.
I think this is my main problem with the game. it's really hard for me to bond with these new characters because of that.

I do too, but everyone has different opinions.
Do not toy with my emotions!!
Thread: Episode 3 is taking FAAAAAAAAR too long

How come when they say "news in February" they actually mean "news in literally the very last week of February"
Relax, it's only been a month. Which is nothing compared to the previous waits.

Because 19.99$ is better than 20.00$.
Meh not too bothered when the new episodes come out
Do you want it to be shit? If they release it before it's ready it will be
Oh you haven't experienced a four month wait (Tales from the Borderlands Episode 2) or a five-month wait (Game of Thrones Episode 6) yet.

HHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA..ahhh.. Okay.
Im betting news on feb, release late feb-mid march.Mostly likely month tho-march

It already is shit, or at least of sub-par quality, despite the fact that Telltale took longer than they originally planned to get out Episode 1.
Game of Thrones Episode 6 was four months as well (July 21 to November 17).
Seems like some folks got their way and TT is rewriting the season. But the last time they did this on Wolf Amung us, the wait was like 3 months and the result was terrible. It just became an unfocused plot hole filled mess afterwards. Be careful what you wish for, yo.
Last time I checked Wolf Among Us didnt end up as a terrible plot hole.
I'm afraid this would mean that your choices wouldn't matter either...
Yeah but we don't want it to be even shittier. Hopefully they can redeem themselves. Maybe that's why it's taking so long.
4 months.... I cant believe I eagerly waited throughout nearly half a year for one episode. The worst part was that they didn't tell us anything until nearly right when they released it.
But we got a new story, its the first thing I look for in a continuing plot!
You do realize if telltale kills clem half their fanbase will leave there games and their sales will fall heavily right?
Sure it did. Characters that were introduced earlier in the series suddenly disappeared or where made irrelevant (the whole Officer B or Lawrence thing) and the shift form a detective story to an conpspriacy action game that left most of your decisions pointless.
I hope it's 3h long
Telltale: Reads this comment "Three hours? They mean the rest of the season right? Okay, all episodes will be 1 hour long making the season 3 hours."
Well, the game itself has received a very positive feedback, collected successful reviews and won valuable awards on different platforms. For many players The Wolf Among Us is the prime example of a great storytelling game.
... or they are actually not and are just feeding us with lies like they have done before so many times.
What you just said is a recipe for the ultimate secret doomsday weapon.
Well then you aren't looking hard enough?
Let's hope they actually did respond to fan feedback.
I'm just not so "trusting" right now with Telltale.
