Odd dream choice (Consoling Jane)
I just had a weird dream of playing as Clementine from Season 3. During the flashback with Jane, i was somehow able to make Jane tell me she wanted to commit suicide (which she did in the game) because of having Luke’s child. She hugged clem and was trying not to cry (like very calmly). And i was given an option to either reason with her to keep living, respect her choice and leave with AJ or ignore her and leave with AJ.
I chose to reason with her (forgot what clem said in the dream), Jane dies anyway, in the end I chose to shoot her like in the game.
If this choice existed in the flashback, what would you have chosen as Clementine?

I would've tried to get her not to do it. No real reasoning, I just think it would be the right thing to do.
Reason with her. At this point, whenever I make a choice, I always have a feeling in the back of my mind that it doesn't matter anyway, So I would have already accepted her inevitable death. But that's what I feel my Clem would have done.
That would have been a much better flashback than the original Jane one.
"Jane, just hang on in there, it's gonna be alright."

ONLY if she doesn't commit the act and Clementine continues support. Then, yes.
Jane can listen to reason, if you choose the right words. I know I would.

If she just wanted to die? Maybe yes.
If specifically because she's pregnant with Luke/Troy/whoever's child? Absolutely not.
Like how AJ could've been Carvers son. Troy could have been the father
Just like the question of her insanity, it can be inferred that Jane was pregnant to begin with, explaining her sudden bursts of emotions at times.
I would try to keep her from dying. I may not have agreed with her treatment of most other survivors and stuff, but I don't think the sacrifices of others like Sarah and Kenny should be in vain.
