TWAU is actually one of their most accredited games, next to Tales from the Borderlands and Season 1 of The Walking Dead. Sure episode 4 and 5 felt rushed but what we received was still quality.
Seems like some folks got their way and TT is rewriting the season. But the last time they did this on Wolf Amung us, the wait was like 3 mo… morenths and the result was terrible. It just became an unfocused plot hole filled mess afterwards. Be careful what you wish for, yo.
Branagin was the only thing the rewrite truly effect, not to mention she didnt become an actually character at that point, so she wasnt "forgotten." Lawrence isnt forgotten either, he is in episode 3 and 5 if you saved him.
Sure it did. Characters that were introduced earlier in the series suddenly disappeared or where made irrelevant (the whole Officer B or Law… morerence thing) and the shift form a detective story to an conpspriacy action game that left most of your decisions pointless.
I thought episode 3 was so big that they split it into three parts each 20 minutes great now I how will I play a 40 minute long episode on one sitting .

Well I mean, if episode one and two were supposed to be one then I see no reason why episode three will be twice as long as them individually.
But I may be being too hopeful, £25 for 5 hours of gameplay is pathetic.
I don't really know what Telltale is thinking here. We don't get a next time on section before the credits which pretty much every series has gotten. Okay fine, we'll accept that I guess. At least I did for a while. But then we have radio silence for pretty much all of January only to be told news is coming in February. So for all we know we'll be sitting in complete silence for all of February again. This business strategy is so stupid and I don't understand why they do it.
I understand if there's nothing to report but I think letting people know that is all you need. Instead people are left wondering "I wonder if something new will be released this week". A trailer? A screenshot? A tease? Anything? When usually I come to the forum here and see "Episode 3 Waiting Thread - New Tweets from Job". It's like so aggravating to me to see that. And it is like that for every single series they do. And I'm sorry but it felt like we waited less time in Season One for episodes yet they were longer and better and now in Season Three we wait longer and the episodes are shorter. Where's the logic there?
Come on, Telltale. We care about your series and everyone who works on them. Just give us a little relief if we aren't going to be able to discuss anything new.
I had a crazy dream last night that I was going to play Episode 3 and it was 7 hours long almost like a whole game so basically I was in an alternate universe.
the wait is on for ep3. i am going to take a break from TTG forulms at least till a new episode is released if its twd or another series. because i have nothing really new to talk to you guys and also because i have things going on in my life that i need to focus on - study, learning to cook, etc. to everyone who sees this post take it easy, take care of yourself - i'll check back once more info is released then ill be back when a new episode is released. peace thedreamcatcher is out.

Took it! Just some helpful advice, if you want more people taking the survey, you should probably make it it's own thread. More people will see it, especially when this is no longer the newest page.

Why not seven?

that's cute

They did respond to fan feedback.
all the glowing one word Steam reviews
Episodes 3-5 will only be 40 minutes long each. Their planned episode was so long, they split it into 3 parts.
But that's not one-sitting entertainment.

Maybe TT should read this do just that. Can't wait for those 10 second Clementine flashbacks of her just saying one word.
I call shenanigans on that survey...it won't let us see the results.
my Irish brethren sir please have courtesy for my countrymen
I read it with Irish accent.
Also, I've answered "other" more than once, happy reading.
Clementine is Illuminati Conifrmed!
Yeah i remember those days when we wait for next episodes for 3-4 months that was really sick
Brannigan.
remember when these discussions had something like 90 pages or 60 by now yeah me neither

The fact that there is no "Next time on..." Is a big factor in that.
I miss how it used to be.

I hope there will be next time on episode 4 at the end of episode 3!
I hope we'll get longer episodes, too.
Holy shit, man.
I don't think Episode 3 is gonna be 3 hours. Two hours are more likely, but then again I'm not sure...
oh
I see now
It's a comparison between two different versions of the game, and that one looks better than the other, right?
Wasnt expecting this long silence

Does anyone has the footage of watching Kenny kiliing the group if you don't go down the stairs on S02EP02?
EDIT: Oops, wrong thread

"What Telltale has to say to an angry fan"
The what?
lol sounds crazy
Now you've got me imagining angry Telltale "fans" as the guy with the shotgun saying fuck you over and over. Not a bad comparison...
I won't care about walkers or survival instinct. I will always waste my ammo on Telltale for their laziness. Not bad.
You okay, homie?

Job J Stauffer is going to be on the board to interact with fans so this'll be interesting to see how this goes.
