  • Yeah, that's the thing, in the comics he doesn't want to keep the peace. He wants to fight the Saviors as well.

Extended for a half season and logic since it would make no sense that if Ezekiel wants to keep peace he talks to Dwight about war.

  • Nah there were some guys there. At least, I thought I saw one of the African-Americans with dreadlocks was a guy.

Soooooo, yet another group of all chicks?

  • Am I the only one who found that part with the cars and the heard to be like Walking Deads version of jumping the shark?

  • yeah I think he made gabriel rob that shit as pay back.

So I guess the boat guy is probably related to this. I mean why else? That guy is probably really pissed.

  • They've got people. Enough? Plus the Kingdom and Oceanside? I would say so.

Well shit. That Rick smile. What a mad man.

  • In the middle of basically nowhere. They went to the boat from earlier and followed tracks. It looked like some sort of industrial area or something.

    At Alexandria?

  • Looks like they got their numbers.

Well shit. That Rick smile. What a mad man.

  • So what the hell does Gabriel have to do with them?

  • Maybe? I thought it was awesome.

I don't have DVR so I can't double check. But if there were guys present they were definitely the minority. Which would be a pretty good set up now that I'm thinking about it.

  • The person with the binoculars was looking at him, same person who was at the boat.

Wrong comment, oops. But I thought it was actually pretty creative and awesome too.

  • I went back, there a few people who I think are also make but they have long hair so it's difficult to tell. But there is definitely some other males.

  • Jesus they keep on bringing more and more groups and conflicts before they finish the previous one. It's all over the place. Also knowing they're about to introduce two more enemy groups it's going to get worse.

Also that Rick smile. Clearly because they needed a trained group with guns and that's exactly what they got.

  • Simon was pretty funny. It's a shame he is almost certainly going to die soon. Steven Ogg brings such presence on the screen.

Also the Saviors using the steel wire and explosives to deal with herds is actually pretty smart, although I might have not used as much. Very interesting.

  • I mean the Saviors do have hundreds of people, and they're all fairly decent compared to your average Hilltop person.

I'd say they really need more weapons than people now. If they just had the Hilltop, the Kingdom, and Alexandria but were well armed, they could put up a pretty good fight. Of course adding Oceanside and such could never hurt.

Two? I'm not sure what the 2nd one you are referring to, but part of me tells me the group they just encountered are either going to join them or just be dealt with in a single episode for like weapons. All of these storylines are obviously building towards one thing though.

  • Decent episode overall. Slow, but still eventful and not without its tense moments. 7/10 for me.

"Why are you talking to me. We both had sex with the same dead guy. Doesn't mean we're friends." Okay, am I the only one who thought that line was fucking retarded?

  • My reaction to the epic clothes line.

  • I'm very fixated on this new group they encountered at the very end, who are they, why exactly is Rick smiling? Did he see Morales? Did Morales bring him an army? (I'm just joking btw)

  • Anyone else enjoying the show way more than the game atm

  • Is it just me, or is Rick smiling the scariest thing on the show?

  • I hadn't really noticed it before, but does anybody think that the dialogue in this show is getting a little... similar?

"We need to do this. We have to."

"We need to keep ourselves alive."

    "We're the ones who live."

Don't get me wrong, I'm still enjoying the show - mainly thanks to Negan at this point, and the inevitable conflict that's going to come between the Saviours and everyone else - but you'd think that people would have something else to talk about from time to time :D

  • Well, in their current situation, survival is kind of their main priority so it's understandable :x

  • Dialogue has never exactly been this show's strong suit if we're being honest.

  • it was ok. not bad but ok. 7.8/10

  • Ive heard that the "we're the one's who live" mantra is taking the place of the "We don't die." thing that Andrea and Rick say to each other in the comic. I vaguely remember that as I stopped reading the comic regularly around issue 100. I guess it sounds similar but I don't know what else they should be saying under the circumstances.

It was an ok episode. I loved the part where Rick and Michonne used the cars tied with the cable to kill those walkers, I was getting Dead Rising flashbacks. Also, why did Rick make that smile at the end? Believe it or not, it was the scariest part of the episode, lol. Also also, who is this group at the end? The group Tara met after separating from Heath?

  • Dead Rising style I see.

Did these fuckers just do a mass Zombie clothesline???

  • Negan comment of Fat Joey. Does anyone have the line in english? I watched the episode in spanish :(

Also, Rick's smile. All of those dudes with guns were women? I think they were but I couldn't take a good look. My asshole cat was walking in front of the TV.

The car scene was priceless. I wonder why they didn't do that before!

  • This show is utter shite now, shit acting, poor directing, lazy writing, cheap budget.

It's just all so crap compared to what it used to be and that new group showing up at the end, who the hell are they? The Goth Community? I thought it was supposed to be the apocalypse and all of a sudden there are now all these new big groups of random people showing up who are even more absurd than the last.

The TV show has lost its way big time, I can see it ending pretty soon because it's almost gotten as bad as the game!

  • Literally xD

That scene where Michonne and Rick are driving and cutting the walkers in half... Man, that was SICK!!!!
Rosita being a bitch... Where's the big news?
Morgan can't keep his peaceful mouth shut.
Rick smiling at the end because he thinks they found a great group, but the leader will betray him... Just great.

  • You dont seem to like very much of anything.

But to address the community thing, of course there are other communities we havent met yet. Did you think it was just Rick's group and a bunch of bad guys? The world is opening up as the group gets around more and I actually appreciate that about the show.

The show hasnt lost it's way. It's finding new paths. Not enough people appreciate it imo.

  • S7a consists solely of 'The Saviors are Bad!' for the entire 8 episodes. But we know that already. The structual pacing is very slow due to the over use of bottle episodes. Negan is a really one sided villain, even though JDM's acting is excellent.

The show is just showing us things, we already know.
