You know what, fuck it. I don't care if someone tortures me or not.
GRAND THEFT AUTO 5.
My problems with it are basically @MetallicaRules' problems with Fallout 3. The gameplay seemed great, but I couldn't get into the story. Or the characters. I quit after 2 hours of it.
GTA San Andreas and GTA 4 >>>>>> GTA 5.
I like GTA online, though.
EDIT: Metallica, I'm really sorry for spamming your feed a couple times. I try to fix my post as much as possible.
I do find it a bit ironic that you find yourself on the Telltale forums then :P, since their newer games are mostly just story driven
I personally love games that focus on story and dialogue, I always feel like gameplay has been very stagnant and barely developing for the last many years, but stories are always changing, and to me, you can make something way more interesting with an interesting story than interesting gameplay
The Following is absolutely amazing, the dynamic of driving around in the buggy, and then getting out doing scavenging runs and free runnings, its amazing

In my opinion, being called Geralt of Rivia and be a famous and cool witcher(which you make his choices and personality of course) is more important to be a shitty nameless who is usually dumb and a prisoner(!) but you can choose his haircut.
That's because you give them a name. You use your imagination and make them a character. The entire point of my comment is that by default t… morehey're nameless bastards but that is the point, you need to give them a name and personality. It's not a fault on the game because that's exactly the point.
The Gaping Dragon might seem intimidating, but its actually one of the easiest bosses in the game, because it moves very slowly, and youre almost always safe as long as youre behind it if I remember correctly
Dark Cloud, Clock Tower 3 and Dark Souls. I'd love to be able to finish them but the final bosses of the first two made me rage quit. As for… more Dark Souls, I just can't handle the aggravation anymore, also the Gaping Dragon scares me and I'm too much of a pussy to face it, lol.
It's also starting to look like I might never finish Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII. I want to really badly but the one boss is fucking insane, plus the time constraint is stressful as hell.
Darksiders 2, I absolutely loved that game, but then they decided to throw in a first person shooter segment that is trashy beyond all hell, and I just cant be bothered, it infuriates me so much, and I have no idea why they would put that in a hack and slash game

Fallout 4
Got bored few hours in
Life is strange
Tried 4 times but after first twenty minutes cringe to much
Few GTA's
Very g… moreood games always got side tracked to mess about in city and faced mission to difficulty or frustrating so messed about in city more
Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Resident evil 5 and Revelations
Bioshock and Fallout 3. I really tried to like Bioshock, it had a really interesting story and universe, but I was just not a huge fan of th… moree gameplay. With Fallout, it was the opposite, I liked the gameplay, but I just couldn't get sucked into the story, not to mention the voice acting really wasn't all that great.
EDIT: Just remembered, I do actually own Life is Strange, and I have never completed that. Hell, I never completed the first episode. I really tried, I was hoping that, through playing it, maybe I would get a little more enjoyment out of it and get a better understanding of why so many people liked it, but no, it was just as unbearable as watching it.
Dead Space 1
I got bored of the gameplay. After 6 chapters I just sighed almost every time I was attacked by a horde of mutants, it wasn't entertaining to play for me anymore. I stopped around chapter 8. If it had been half as long I would've liked it a lot more.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The Shadow of Chernobyl. About a year ago I've been playing this game the whole time and then I entered Lab X-18. Haven't played the game since.

Well, I know I've got tons of games on Steam I haven't finished (blame the wonderful Humble Bundle for that), so it's a bit hard to keep track; But significant off the top of my head games? Wellll...
Still haven't gotten one good run on Tharsis (PS4) yet. I die at turn 3-4 usually.
I'll be speared for this, but I haven't finished Undertale. I started it, got to the part just after you meet Sans and Papyrus, saved and quit the game, but never came back to it. I guess I didn't get to the point in the game where it really hooked me. But I do think I'll restart my 20-minute save file soon and dig into this game to find out why people adore it so much.
I have a few older Telltale Games in my library that I haven't gotten to yet. Only on Strong Bad EP3. I still have Sam and Max 3, Jurassic Park, BTTF, and the two Puzzle Agent games. Yeah, I'm not too used to old school puzzles. I just find the solution can be too "outside-the-box" sometimes.
Also, things like Amnesia: AMFP and F.E.A.R, because 2spoopy4me.
Yes, seriously. I'm not trolling, so I will not go into detail. Basically, the story wasn't enough to keep me playing what I feel is otherwise a pretty generic game(mechanics).
So I'm old thus my games are too. Halo1 on OG Xbox. I didn't start to like the series till 3. For some reason known only to my ID, I can't finish part one. Best I get is about half way (or so I'm told) then I stop careing. I'm very capable of beating any shooter. But OG Halo bores me to tears, even back in the day. Everyone tells me I should, that the ending is amazing(for the time) and pretty fun. I must have tried to like it over 100 times by now. I do not. Rant over!
League of Legends doesnt get finished in the traditional sense, the life of a League of Legends player goes like this:
At first the game … moreis really fun, and you try new stuff all the time
Then you start to understand the game
Then you want to become better at the game, maybe you start playing ranked
Now youre spending most of your time on reddit or forums, reading up on meta stuff and watching pro games
Then you start hating the game because it gets repetetive, and changes, and people try way too hard.
Then you quit the game
Tadaaa, you just finished League of Legends.
Ok, to be fair, this is more my 5 year story with League of Legends, but I have heard similar things from alot of other people
Comments
I hated that game too! And the ending of the Awakened DLC was awful.
One of my personal top 3 most overrated RPG games ever made.
You know what, fuck it. I don't care if someone tortures me or not.

I suppose thats not everyones cup of tea.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Resident evil 5 and Revelations
I completely disagree in every way.
You can become way more than a dumb prisoner that's the fun of it you start out low and make your way in the world
Yeas it's cool in its own way.I always wanted to climb that snowy mountain in Skyrim!
I also couldn't get far into Deus Ex: human Revolution it was just not my game. I stoped after one try with RE5 and Revelations sorry people
Edit: well I gave Revelations three tries but nah the gameplay
Plus once you are really big and popular in the world it's just a really good feeling when you remembered where you started
Have you watched a let's play of the rest of Bioshock? You should, to finish the story (and just skip the gameplay parts).
Dead Space 1

Chiki briki
GTA IV. Rockstar games were brutally difficult before the skip checkpoint features were introduced.
I can proudly say that I have finished all of the GTA games that I own.
Except....for GTA 3, that game was harder than the later games.
And again, I was a kid.
Far Cry 2 and Primal are pretty bad, yeah. But I think 3 and 4 are pretty great imo.
Dude, Gaping Dragon is mega easy. Which platform do you play on? If it's on PS3 I'd be glad to hope on my tank character and help you out.
I have it for Xbox but stopped playing over three years ago, don't really have any plans on returning tbh. Appreciate the offer though.
I have not.
sigh

lmao "too much dialogue"
I've given up on all Borderlands games except Tales, which I find great.
I played halfway through Indigo Prophecy and then deleted it off my PS4. I really didn't like it and it was definitely not worth the fifteen dollars.
Does the Sims series count as never finishing the game?
But seriously. Oxenfree. Never buy that game, guys.
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Didn't even get pass the tutorial before I returned it to GameStop
GTA 4 has a better story and characters than GTA 5 but to each their own.
I tried Borderlands 2 as well and I didn't find it as good as Tales.
The Last Of Us.

Stacking, Dishonored and the very first Resident Evil
Never finished original Dishonored.
I didnt finish the Nuka Cola DLC for Fallout4. Mainly because of crappy settlement quests so I cba with that.
Oh so. Thank you for answering.
The original or the remake?
