I often tend to play characters the way I would be like in real life (or how I like to pretend i'd be). In this case there was no way in hell i'm giving some random kid that held me at gunpoint my food. I mean, maybe I would have gave her it if not for the fact I already had a kid that needed it more and Mari is more important to me/Javi, so obviously her happiness means more to me than Clems.
If I was playing lee it would be different but i'm playing Javi so...
I didn't let her take it, but since Mariana no longer needs it. Maybe later in game Telltale will give me the option to give the candy bar to Clem at some point.

The chocolate bar probably went bad ages ago. Sure they have a long shelf life (like 2 years), but 4 years in, its gotta be all mushy and shit.
