Hypothetically: Do you think we will ever see any of these characters on the TWD tv show?
- Lee.
- Kenny.
- Clementine.
- Katja.
- Duck.
- Lilly.
- Larry.
- Carly.
- Chuck.
- Christa.
- Omid.
- Luke.
- Uncle Pete.
- Alvin.
- Jane.
Do think any of these characters would ever be introduced the show, kinda like how Daryl's character was an entirely original character created specifically for the show, or which of these listed characters would you like to see introduced to the show?
(This is just a hypothetical, and I was trying to give the TWD section of this site something a little different tfor us to discuss, as pretty much everything on here has been hashed and re-hashed to the point where it has become mind-numbing, nauseating, etc.)

I highly doubt it and prefer it stay that way.
When asked directly, it wasn't ruled out.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing Clem and a few others pop up. Can't go any worse than the game series currently is.
No. I don't want to see any video game characters in the TV show. One main reason is I'm sure they would do poor casting for them and they most likely wouldn't have any significance other than "that character is in the game!"
I'd be down for The Walking Dead: CGI
lol.
RL Negan swinging Lucille after CGI Kenny who's running away in shock, cause he angred him before with his lose mouth.
I know that's not what you meant, but just popped into my mind.
They could actually do that as an advertising clips series, to promote game and TV series (they could also add comic characters) at the same time.
It would probably be cringy af, but still a fun thought.
But back to topic as meant... No, I don't think it will happen and I don't think it's necessary since they have ideas for other characters anyway, but I wouldn't mind it, I guess. Also, I don't know if they had real people as model for the ingame appearance, if they did, would be easy to get the right actors I guess.
No offense, but why did you specify Pete and Alvin on that list?
This is who I'd cast for some of them.
Clementine-Amandla Stenberg
Alvin-Tyler perry
Lee-idris Elba
Jane-Scarlett Johansson
Luke-Chris Hemsworth
Lily-Jennifer Connally
Omid-Justin Long
Carly-Jennifer Lawerence
Pete-Robert De Niro
The others I can't think of atm
None. Some of these characters are already dead
I don't know who Amandla Stenberg or Justin Long is, but the rest of these are hilarious and occasionally fitting. Also, how odd that both of us thought about casting Jane with Johansson.
Yeah, that was my thought as well.
I hope not, video games rarely translate well to film, and if they put, say Clementine in the show, she wouldnt be anywhere near the same Clem from the game
They're all dead apart from clementine (Kenny has different endings) so probably just clem?
Yeah, but still, she wouldnt resemble her game counterpart very well, and wouldnt be voiced by Melissa Hutchinson, which means that she is basically only Clementine in name, and at that point, whats the point?
Well the tv show is nearing its 2 year time skip so she could potentially appear.
I watch the tv show and Jesus sounds WAY different than he does in the game. So does Glenn and Hershel. So it can happen.
Also, Hershel has a rounder face than he does in the game, remember, in the game they are modelled from comics so she will look different in the TVs series. Rick was even blonde in the comics and Maggie had shorter black hair

I think she'd be perfect to play jane. Amandla Stenberg played Rue in the hunger games. David spade to play Kenny.
I wouldn't mind if they made cameos or were easter eggs. But I would not want them to become main or supporting characters.
I don't think they will, and I hope they don't. (But I think [[Apparently]] the producers of the TV series have talked about making Clem appear in the show)
Not sure about Chris Hemsworth as Luke...
Am I the only one who thinks Chris Pratt would be a good cast for Luke?
I could kinda see it.
God I hope I see clementine and
AJ on the show
I think they might show lee when he was still alive but yea
Let's hope
Considering that the show isn't in the same universe as the comics/game with major differences to several characters (Carol for example is long dead in the comics but she's one of the Atlanta Four, the Dixon's don't exist, and Michonne has taken the place of Andrea), it's possible we could see some members of S1 and S2.
One thing AMC has done better than Telltale is keep a consistent group. Carl and Rick aren't alone at the end of every season, but grow onto their group and lose a couple members along the way. We get to learn and care about these characters. If AMC, Telltale, and Kirkman like the idea of the game coming into the show, we could very well see Clementine and Co. fighting along side Rick.
It'd be nice to see Clementine form a trio with Carl and Enid and get some friends (have Sarah join in because God does she need a break), Kenny take over as the Abraham character, Jane's struggle with a community like Alexandria and a pregnancy (if that's canon in the show), and Luke trying to keep his humanity or take a note from Rick and start the Luketatorship. Maybe we could get an alliance with the New Frontier and Saviors or a war between the two groups. The only thing I would worry about is Nick becoming the Daryl of Luke's group (he's got the traits).
Every one of these characters are dead except for Clem.
Nope never and I'm glad
Rather than any media adaptations, I'd like to see short clips released by Telltale between episode releases to fill us in on any details, even if they're small ones or even irrelevant to the story. They could revolve around the game's protagonist, or not feature them at all.
This would be useful if Telltale return to time jumps that lasted a few weeks like in Season One. For example, if this had been implemented back then, then a clip could've been released showing how Lee met Mark.
Good idea! Might as well fill in some blanks and expand upon characters that didn't get as much love as they should've.
Probably not it would also probably be hard to find an actor that looks like them. But if finding actors wasn't a problem and if this did happen I think the show would just explain what happens to Lilly.
Thanks. Another thing I had considered was the release dates being in sync with the time jumps. For example, Episode Two could've been released three months after One, then Three could've come out two weeks later, then Four a day later, and then Five a few hours later.
If they replaced trailers with my idea then we could feel "immersed" in the universe and say to ourselves "I wonder what Clem's doing now" as we're watching TV.
