Can someone explain this whole episode 3 early thing to me?
Just hopped on the forums for the first time in a while, looks like the new episode is out early somehow? Can someone explain the situation to me? Is it just on PC? Or consoles as well? Thanks in advance.

From what I understand its just Xbox, and only for the Season Pass disc. Its a late beta build and a total fuck up on either Microsoft or Telltale, but none of them will bother to explain.
It's on Xbox only right now and I was checking if I could download it for the past couple days on my Xbox but I guess it's only on the season pass disc which sucks thing is the episode looks finished and ready to be realeased from what I've seen (which is not much because I don't want to spoil myself) but it looks pretty complete and makes me wonder why they just don't realease it on the 21st.
Episode 3 got leaked and has become available earlier than expected for Xbox One users who bought the Season Pass. Spoilers have flooded the forums, therefore causing many users to shake theirs head in disbelief or criticize Telltale once again. Telltale hasn't spoken about the issue or tried to explain the situation, we can only suspect that something went wrong while messing with the game, as the episode itself wasn't supposed to be out (still has some problems as far as I know) and will be officially released on 28th.
Theres the potential that the leaked version is a beta stage since a few players have talked about model errors,glitches,bugs,etc. Telltale could be still working on the finalized version which they've fully vetted that releases the 28th.

If I bought the Season Pass digitally, can I play Above The Law now?
Not unless it's on XB1. XB1 is the only platform it is leaked for.

Damn I just heard about all of this and came on today to see what it was all about. Sucks that it is only the disc version though, because honestly I wouldn't mind getting an episode earlier even if it means bugs.
I suppose I will just have to stick to waiting like everyone else. Woe is me for purchasing the digital season pass upon initial release of the game.
also those who uploaded footage or walkthroughs (like me) got it taken down after day or so by telltale. If any of you ever see a walkthrough theres a high chance its one of mine

I found someone uploading it in parts and viewed 5 seconds of the part I found before realising getting drawn in would be a huge mistake.
I thank you for uploading though, even if it is just so some people can ease their suffering over this wait.
The problem with uploading it on youtube is that it eventually will end up on people's YouTube pages,recommendations,etc. And there are a lot of people who are unaware of this whole leak debacle.
That is very much a problem. Luckily, all I have seen from it is 3 thumbnails and the 5 seconds I mentioned. The thumbnails never contained any spoilers at all either, just screenshots of characters standing together really.
The best we can hope for is that people either do what I done and view a very minuscule amount before realising it is new footage and searching for info, or they just try and get the game themselves and discover it was a leak.

Yeah your stuff is completely fine as well.
The only issue is that there are others who could make it their mission to spoil as much as possible, and now they have a better chance to spoil it for people because only a minority can play it and most will avoid it.
I am not blaming you or anyone else if something like that happens, of course. Just pointing out a consequence of this getting leaked early.
That's the point. It'll be about for EVERYONE to play. It's not suppose to be out at all and was accidently leaked to select individuals.
I got the episode 3 like on monday, i didn'r expect that neither.
