About the Episode 3 Trailer.
Well then starting to Think Telltale s finally getting Serious about a New frontier Since they re Actually having Conversations in the New frontier instead of Continous Action scenes and probably taking time to Develop characters.

We can slow down somewhat now that we can enter New Richmond. I hope that this episode has far more discussion than action, honestly.
Saw some comments on it and it seems the episode also has multiple endings which could either be good or bad.
Depending on if Telltale capitalise on this and at least give us some more differences then it could be a very good move on their part.
I am hoping that the reason Episode 3 took so long is because Telltale were considering having some choices causing major differences for each persons playthrough and how they could handle it.
I find it interesting how Conrad is frequently in the trailer
Tripp is the new Kenny
Ava seems to be a main character.
Telltale has a fascination with Negan mannerisms
No Max in the trailer
good music
You bring up a good point about how there is no Max. he is my favourite member of TNF so far so we better see him at some point!
I think the only reason Conrad is shown so much as well is because they wanted more Clem for their trailer. As far as we know these could also be all of Conrad's scenes until his death...please don't kill off another determinant character Telltale. I mean he isn't their in my main playthrough, but still...
It is odd the trailer seems to be based on the choice less than 20% of the people who played the game made. And I'm not replaying the entirety of episode 2 just to see it.
If you go to settings then you can change your save file so you can play it through multiple times to make different choices. I am wondering if I should bother making another one right now.
Looked like they showed his death scene in the trailer.
Maybe Clem doesnt shown up as much if you Shot Conrad and since People were demanding More clem then they put the trailer Focused on that choice because she would appear more.
Oh, I know, I just don't feel like sitting through the first two episodes again, and there's no rewind option anymore I'd have to replay the entire second episode on my main file to change the choice most people made so it fits TTs direction. That's a bit much.
Perhaps. I've heard depending on your past choices it determines how much clementine appears.
Yeah very true. Like others have mentioned I think they just needed a reason for more Clem and for adding in scenes that won't spoil major things for the episode. If you show a determinant character most often then it won't really matter for a lot of us!
Hopefully the new season 1 Kenny. Don't need a character we're not allowed to disagree with again.
True, but that's just misleading in and of itself, which has been another problem I've had with the way they've marketed the game. They went with Conrads ending to show more Clem in the trailer, even though most of the people who wanted to see more Clem in the game probably chose to kill Conrad? Just seems a bit off.
I don't think Telltale are above doing what needs to be done to draw in hype. I would do the same in their shoes, honestly I just hope we get a decent amount of Clem though, and that is coming from someone who doesn't really mind if we don't get to play her a lot!
From what I've seen of Tripp I think he'll be like the Pro-Lee Kenny version.
Oh yea, I know that's what they're doing and that's why I'm holding onto my money until I've seen episode 5. It's just sad that 2 years ago I wouldn't have had to do this, but I've been burned on two episodes so far. I'm just gonna have to sit back and see where they take this, I'm a bit cautious right now.
Well I bought the season pass, like a fool, and I am stuck with the consequences of that. I enjoyed the first two episodes more than most I feel though.
It would seem that since they have brought on new writers that the writing is actually improving, from what I've heard from people on this forum who played it early, and I am curious to see if most will think they are right.
If I recall correctly Javier said "some man put a bullet through her [Marianna]" or something similar, which means he doesn't know it was Badger who shot her. I wonder how he'll find out the truth.
Tripp is far from being new Kenny. He agrees with Javi almost every time. Despite the fact the arrival of Javi and Clem destroyed Tripp's community. He may be gay.
And Ava isn't main character.
How do we know he shot her? I don't remember badger specifically shooting her.
If you re-watch the scene you can see Badger sneaking through the forest and him specifically firing. You can tell it was him because you could see his jacket, gloves, beard and beautifully bald head.
Well I don't mean to sound like I'm trying to bring down the mood, I'm glad you're enjoying it, personally I'd love to see a turn that really draws me back into it as well before it finishes.
It was in Details thread; since then everyone on forum wants blood justice and an opportunity to kill Badger in some painful way.
Don't worry I never took it that way. I am not as attached to this as I was season 2 or especially season 1, so I hope that we can all be drawn back in again with another great season.
Tripp isn't gay. He dated Eleanor.
I'm confused on the Tripp being gay part.
someone know the music from the trailer?
I think he said "Some animal"
Probably something re-used.
Okay, so because Negan used the baseball bat in the tv-show, Clem and Javi need to use it as a major weapon as well? That's lame in my book. Telltale should do their own thing instead of jumping on existing "TWD hype trains".
You're just realizing that? He was trying to be Kenny 6.0 ever since Episode 1.
Eeeh...wait for it. That's not giving anything away, I'm just saying you'll have to be the judge on that one.
He might be gay for Javi
Rodeo Drive
Watch Telltale finally make a determinant matter but only ~10% of players spared him.
Hey, I am here to be the obligatory "the Comics done it first" guy just because I actually like Negan in the Comics much more than his Show counterpart so far. I have a habit of being this guy.
Now that is out of the way I can understand them giving him a bat since he was a baseball player and all, although I definitely see where Telltale could be trying to capitalise on Negan in their own way.
It would also be funny for Conrad to end up mattering more than Carley or Doug, who had so much more potential...
I can see if he does survive this then he will definitely get very few scenes of development. Look what happened to Nick!
Ironically enough, he's already one of the few characters who have had any development.
Why Lily?
