Uh, don't ya think it's still a bit premature to make threads like this? Well, as long as no one who doesn't want to be spoiled doesn't click and the mods don't have a problem with it, good job!

Also, poor old dog.
First in his own character max he is an honest person and he had a heart okay maybe not exactly he had a heart but he had sometimes good in him
And he will give you a strong argument against the new frontier even if U ended in cell U still prove UR point and U are right and still have UR pride so thier the one who fucked the law not U not UR bro maybe that will give U a biger step late
Killing make U lose the new frontier will never take you into account and U will totaly lose
I'd have to see number two for myself, but from what I've heard, I kinda think doing both sparing Max and fleeing with kate make the most sense dramatically speaking. I could be wrong though, as I haven't seen that option for myself.

If you spare Max you end up as prisoners so im thinking this is the scenario in which Kate should flee.
Killing Max results in a shootout that David and Javi are more likely to emerge victorious from so I think this choice pairs better with sending them to the safehouse.

Not sure honestly, but I got the vibe that she has some ulterior motives and/or hidden secrets of her own and her loyalty to David may not be what it seems.

Her rough appearance, prying and nosy behavior, and the fact that AJ points at her and softly cried all led me to believe that she was bad news and that should stay far away.
Oh yeah, of course. Honestly, the fact that she was so obviously evil despite actually seeming very laid-back even with Clementine's cold-shoulder kinda told me that she was likely a genuinely decent person and the warning was of the New Frontier itself. Well that and a few other negligible things.
I still believe she is since we have so much evidence of that, but that one moment did raise an eyebrow when I noticed it on the 2nd/3rd watch.

Huh. That's interesting. Almost like they're punishing Clementine fans for killing on her behalf. "You killed Conrad, so we're cutting your Clem time short. Maybe exercise restraint next time".
If you don't kill Conrad, he and Clementine will be in most of the episode and have some interesting interactions with the TNF group. If you kill Conrad then Clem will only show up near the end of the episode.
I feel Ava couldn't do much on her own at the time. We can see she shaked her head when things started to get more tense. She probably left to get help from loyal allies.
We see the same happens with an unknown female soldier instead of Ava after we chose to flee with Kate.

That's what I hope it meant. I was just an odd thing to highlight considering she was supposedly loyal to David and all.

Really now? I'll have to actually look into that soon.

They put more effort developing (determinant) Conrad that's not so with an interesting plot/purpose than the actual determinant S2 characters that the majority of players liked.

I put MAJOR SPOILERS in the title. If they click on it, it's their fault for doing so.
I don't even have the game yet, but I know what choices I'm doing now. Double determinant, that's really interesting!
definitely better than the other episodes, still some issues. but ok. 7/10. love the negan-esque scene.
Could someone PM me a playthrough with Conrad? I can't wait anymore!
I hope he still has a good place in episode 4
I doubt you'll be able to find one we are just going to have to wait til release
It's missing the factory segment for some reason, but I'll send you one now.
Which ending is best in your opinion, having Max alive and getting arrested or killing him and having the shootout?
So do you think shooting Max leads to a better story?
I just dont want to get Conrad-ed and lose a lot of episode 4 content due to Max being dead
Yes, as it leads to some nice exposition about why. Hopefully, sparing him will also come back in the following episode as well.

In my own opinion shooting max lead into a bad ending
Max alive. Though Dr. Lingard doesn't get much to say in it.
I feel dr. Lingard is some how afraid at the monent but will support David. He supported Clem after stealing the antibiotics to give her a chance.
Yeah I know, though his lessened contribution there could be because he's conflicted on the community's survival.
What made it bad in your opinion?
I thought you said that you preferred the shootout...?
Does the doctor get more lines in the shootout?
thats one thing TT do well, write interesting doctor characters,Lingard reminds me of someone like Crispin Glover.

The shootout only happens if you killed Max.
Yeah, sorta. More like his perspective and opinion to the news is more open with Max dead.
What is likely the best ending?

rip triple post

I feel like spoilers are supposed to be avoided, yet here I am in the spoiler thread.
Exactly. The fact that Gabe goes missing if you try to flee and this weird vibe about Ava just leaving the meeting either way lend to that idea.
Kinda defeating the purpose, don'tcha think?
What is your theory about what Ava is up to?
Not sure honestly, but I got the vibe that she has some ulterior motives and/or hidden secrets of her own and her loyalty to David may not be what it seems.
Same. I really want to believe otherwise for David's sake, but I just cant forget my first impression of her.
And that would be?
Her rough appearance, prying and nosy behavior, and the fact that AJ points at her and softly cried all led me to believe that she was bad news and that should stay far away.
