I totally forgot about her till I read this thread. Probably not though because depending on choices she could be dead and the story generator didn't ask any questions about her. But it would be cool because we need another bad ass character since Jesus left.
Considering she was initially suppose to commit suicide in a selfish manner (who does this remind you of?) they decided to just have her leave the group. That to me is Molly's final sendoff for the rest of the series which is fine for me. Not to mention Molly's character wouldn't really fit in with the current story arc.

That woman was more of an unstable liability than Kenny could ever dream of being. Besides, she left on poor terms with Lee and the group, so Clem certainly would be in no mood to forgive her, so what purpose would she serve?

Pretty sure Lilly generally keeping to herself while still doing her basic duties and dealing with the man who killed her dad on a daily basis was a better way of handling things then Kenny being three times more bossy, loud, and aggressive than he was before Carver beat him down.

If this were Season 2, I'd strongly disagree. But nowadays, maybe you have a point.

Prepare to be told why season 1 and 2 characters shouldn't return.

There is no hint for her to come back. Forget it.

Ugh....
Actually she was only ever shot in the shoulder, she's never shown dead since she runs away.
Telltale had that chance and they flunked it sadly we won't get a follow up to any characters we've encountered
Molly was supposed to commit suicide? How do you know?
Go to The walking dead Wiki and Molly's trivia section.
She was boring AF.
Bring back Lilly!
I'm praying for molly
A mutated zombie Lee boss!
BRING BACK OFFICER MITCHELL!!
He was the greatest.
