You know, I'm not normally that type of guy(at least not this openly), but I think this is worth a little heckling.
He's the guy that everyone talks about or talked about for ages
The thing that would not leave--and now that he apparently can, he has use his hands and not his legs.
*(Reason why he is and not Lee) Now Lee was a great character and everything but from what i've seen on here, you might as well just rename him "Clementine's guardian". Seen too many people that consider him just that.
I know, right? It's sad, nay, amazing how people will simplify things to the point of missing the point of having complex characters--guess the writers know their audience after all!
Kenny never really had a crutch holding him back like that.
And now he doesn't have a crutch to hold him UP!
A lot more to him than just taking care of someone else.
You're right--in fact, I'd say one of the many things he can't do is take care of anyone--especially himself!
Involved in all 3 games (albeit a determinant appearance in s3)
And they were all bitter games because of it.
Cabin group stuff before Kenny came in was basically filler to what the story was really about imo.
So Season 2.5 really was filler--I knew it! No professional writers could be that biased or lazy!
Kenny's rivalry with Carver
♪My bick's digger than your bick, My bick's has mores ize than your's does♫
later on his and Jane's influence on Clementine's behaviour.
Kenny:"Clem, don't grow up to be like any of us--grow up to be like all of us except somehow BETTER."
Jane:"Growing up is entirely optional then?"
(Reason why he is and not Clementine) He was never irrelevant to the story in the time he was in the series like Clementine is now. No disrespect to Clem but i've seen a lot of people say that and I agree somewhat.
And all it took was making everything else irrelevant.
He had a fuck load of screentime
The PET Scan was through the roof! And then some.
So yeah I think he has a pretty good shout all things considered.
And we've all been wearing hearing aids ever since.
Do you think that he can be considered more important to the series than one or both Lee and Clementine? Now I can list some other reasons but they would be more opinonated. The stuff that I listed isn't quite facts but just stuff that I consider to be pretty clear that this is the case.
And congratulations--you failed the Internet in a single sentence: Have fun being an intelligent individual, loser!
Lee's sacrificed his life in order to redeem himself as a murderer
are you saying that lee regret killing the jackass who ruined his life and he wanted to die for that cus my informations say's no he's not and he didn't sacrifice his life to redeem him self he sacdificed him self cus that what it take him to save clem.
Lee's sacrificed his life in order to redeem himself as a murderer, who would've been serving a lifetime sentence for killing a person, but … moreinstead had shown way more care and concern for an orphaned little girl than some faultless, regular dude would. It was more of less a representation of a flawed man who has done terrible things in the past, but the fate granted him with a chance to atone for it by doing something good, which was hard and difficult, but worth it at the end.
He probably did feel bad about what happened, I mean it's not everyday you kill someone lol. But yeah I don't think it was really a redemption story for Lee either. He had already redeemed himself way before that by being the most level headed in his group, being loyal to his friends and trying his best to protect the group.

I'm still holding out hope they eventually do a miniseries like Michonne where you play as Kenny and the game covers what he went through between the end of season 1 and beginning of season 2.
Playing as Kenny would have been great. Would have liked a game with him after he leaves Clementine at Wellington.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR SEASON 3 BELOW
Heard the legend is going to be making aother appearance lmao. This just supports my theory.
So just because Kenny got a lot of help and some support through rough times, he can't be a main character? What kind of fucking logic is that? Because he didn't talk a lot for a short while? In that logic, Clem should fall down a bit since she was only in like 20% of the last episode. i just don't get the logic.
I thoroughly think that Lee was the main in 1 and clem was the main in 2. But Kenny I would put at the second main character in both games. (See my post a couple of posts above).
Also, I mostly agree with you, it's just that I don't understand your logic to a 100%. I also respect your opinions.
All of that I would agree on except for the part about Clem. I'm gonna say this as a gamer's perspective rather than a Clementine Fan perspe… morective. Clementine IS the main character of the story she was the reason Lee and Kenny met, if Kenny was such a big character in the series, I can't see how Clem is irrelevant to the series. Now back up to the part on how Kenny's the main character, I can agree on how Kenny was a big impact on the game but he certainly was not the main character he was never the guy that was like Rick or Lee (sorry for getting little out of the game) Kenny was really always getting the help from everyone else in the story for some time after Duck and Kat died. The condition Kenny was in he definitely is NOT the main character in the series.
Name me a main character from a game that needed help all the time after a short amount of screen time. I would say the same as u but it does make sense. You can't be a main character when your getting help from everyone ALL THE TIME. Kenny is a MAJOR character of the plot he just doesn't have the spotlight.
