So, I shot (Spoilers) but he's alive...
Anybody else have this happen? Episode 3 was fine, showed him die at the start but I just walked into Elenore's house and he's effing standing there....
Any way to fix it?

Pretty sure that's his name. Dude that pulled a gun on your nephew trying to force Clementine to go with you to the New Frontier.
I don't know about that glitch cos I kept him alive, but if I were you I would go back and save him. Despite him being my most despised character I really like him now because of his role in episode 3 and 4
No thanks. He was dead the moment he pointed a gun at Javi's nephew. I will probably check out the scenes where he's alive on YouTube or something, or maybe a separate playthrough, but I have no interest in keeping him alive right now.
If I can't fix it I'll just move on disgruntled, but I really wanna fix it.
Well just know that he does apologies and saves javier's life in episode 4
Well I figured it out. My episode 1 data is incomplete (the Your Choices section only has two choices) and the episode 2 data is missing completely, which means I basically need to replay from the start and hope it doesn't happen again...
That doesn't make up for what he did in any way tho.
And shit like this is why I'd rather by these games when they come out on disc like I did with Season 1&2.
