Dude, it is so late in the game and honestly, I doubt anyone wants him to hijack ANF when Joan/Clint and David are still out there. Personally, I think a character with Arvo's potential(though squandered to the point of being near moot at this point) needs more than one episode to flex his muscles.
So no, they are not showing up anytime soon.
Bonnie can be dead. She won't come back.

Well, it's has been two years since he's seen Clementine, so he could gotten bigger himself. But I was being metaphorical anyway.
Speaking of which, I should probably draw those redesign concepts for him at some point.
But Clem also met Arvo two years into the apocalypse, and he was one scrawny fuck. Doubt he has changed much, if he's even still alive.
Arvo was more or less a stool pigeon/errand boy for Buricko/Vitali back then, just trying keep his sister healthy. He didn't really need to be buff.
Now that he's on the lam, with Mike and especially Bonnie probably not very big fans of him, he has to start doing shit to keep himself going out there. So I think it's safe to assume that he'd be stronger if he showed up again.
I want no one from Season 2 return, with an exception of AJ.
Kenny
After Kenny shows up, he finds AJ and go after Arvo and kills him. ez
I don't see the need for them to return especially since telltale still has the current cast of characters to manage. Even if Kenny is alive if you went to Wellington we'll never see him again. EP4'S Kenny flashback was the final goodbye/appearance of Kenny.
I hope Arvo, Mike and Bonnie never show up again, same goes for Lilly. Crappy characters.

I definitely want Arvo and Mike and Bonnie to come back. Depending on how you played out the last two episodes of the game (or is it three?), they may react good or bad towards Clementine.
Of course, there's a downfall to if they get involved. A lot of people (and I mean A LOT) despise those three. They'll react towards them based on what happened in season 2.
You'll probably have the shit beat out of you.
