Biggest shock of the season?
I was actually left raging FIFA-style during my play through of Thicker Than Water because three characters died in one scene. But I don't know which of those deaths were the most shocking. Or if the others from throughout the season can compare to those.
So what shocks truly caught you by surprise in ANF so far?
Kenny/Jane's deaths
Mariana's death
David being a part of TNF
Joan's secret
Kate's death
Ava/Tripp's death
I was actually stunned when Joan shot Ava despite me asking for her to be spared. That's the part of her death that surprised (and angered) me rather than anything else.

I'd probably have to go with the David reveal I didn't really see that coming.
Probably Mariana dying, don't get me wrong she had death flags raised all around but there's that part of me that instinctually thinks kids are invincible in media or that their deaths are offscreen, especially girls.
Definitely the David thing I thought that was amazing.
The only thing surprising to me was the Ava/Tripp event. The others were somewhat obvious.
The despicable twist Joan pulls on Javier when choosing who gets to live is the one twist in A New Frontier that legitimately shocked me.
how bad it is
Conrad saving Javier from Kate psycho drive thru.
There have been plenty of moments this season that had me shocked, but for me, the biggest shock would be the twist in Joan's "Sophie's Choice" where the one you pick to live ends up getting shot.
For me personally the biggest shock was Eleanor to see that she betray Javier and other To Joan, so her Karma in my gameplay was Tripp's death...
And of course it's Kate's Death. But remember people:
Yeah, but she doesn't seem like the kind of person that has the instincts to jump out of a truck at the last second.
The number 1 rule in life of course. Time to murder some ppl, call the cops on myself, toss the bodies into a wood chipper and see what happens.
How terrible the flashbacks were handled, how so many Spanish people seem to struggle with Spanish, and David somehow making his way from Florida to exactly where Javier and company experience their first real issues during the outbreak. Kinda been less of a "oh crap!" Season, and more of a "oh wow, really?" one. Being fair the first two didn't really have many "oh crap!" moments for me up until we neared the end, though.
No credit music or the "next on". I'm still devastated.
Mariana's death because it just came completely out of nowhere. I actually had a feeling David would be part of TNF since they kept showing flashbacks of him.
Conrad being a well written determinant character! I knew David would be in TNF, because I read the episode descriptions in advanced and it mentions brothers so I put two and two together.
She could've jumped to the back of the truck. It's an armored truck, too.
To be honest, Mariana's WAS heartbreaking BUT it wasn't all that surprising. It was predictable.
Joan killing off Ava/Tripp, contrary to to the player's choice, WAS shocking to an extent but it wasn't TOO surprising, given what I understand about her character. She sorta reminded me of Brooke Augustine from inFAMOUS: Second Son.
The shockingly bad writing that was the hanging scene in Ep4
