  • So what?
My dad is 12 years older than mom.
This worked out well I am sure there is more couples like this.

Cos Javier will be about 40, just about turning into an elder and hooking up with a young adult. It's just very messed up and shoulder never happen. EVER

  • Nah, I'm fairly sure the guy'll live. Though I doubt he'll be the protagonist in the next game (if they make one), or even in it for that matter. I feel it's much more likely that season 4 will once again follow a new set of characters and stories with possibly having some of the Garcias as additions.

  • It's fucking strange is all it is.

  • You could always just not buy another season. I don't think those who do enjoy it should miss out on another season because some are unhappy with ANF.

I hope their won't be a next season. I think this season has been the finishing blow for me

  • I won't buy another season don't worry about that lol. I just feel in my opinion they have killed this series and should end it now before it gets even worse. That's my feelings on the matter anyway. They should focus on different things

  • well episode 3 started fixing Determinant character development with Conrad and Episode 4 Brought back Hubs and also talking in hubs.
So i think that they started attempting to make up their mistakes from episodes 1 and 2 so i think the finale will be great Unless they take off everything they ve improved for no reason and just make episode 5 like episode 2 with too many action scenes and almost zero character development.

hopefully episode 5 can fixes all the problems of the rest of the game

  • edited April 2017

well atleast they re attempting to fix it they did bring back Hubs and Conrad is a pretty good Determinant character.
Althought i do see conrad like a ghost of what Kenny could have been in a New frontier. Think about it his wife dies in the 2nd episode and he becomes Depressed and completely Reckless only to redeem himself in later episodes by proctecting the main character in later episodes ((When he saves javier in episode 4)) and he can also sacrifice himself for you in the 4th episode just like Kenny does in episode 5 of season 1 ((Well except Kenny got lucky real Lucky but it doesnt matter.))
So while i like Conrad i keep drawing parallels between him and Kenny on how they have some similarities in their character arcs.

  • Javier doesn't deserve to die. Also if they kill him now, then it would make the whole season pointless. And if they want to make a new Walking Dead game, keeping Javier alive is the best thing they can do to keep people's interest compared to creating yet another new main character and work on building people's interest.

  • Eleanor is 25 and Tripp is 37.
So he is strange he wanna be with Eleanor?

And obvious Tripp is much older.

  • Good for you. You are more than welcome to play a new season of it if you like a game that doesn't hold the quality season 1 did. Seriously, more power to you i mean that

  • I don't hate him, but I'd rather he died just so we wouldn't have to play as him in season 4.

  • Sources. Show me the sources or else I won't believe you.

  • They better not kill him off, he's already become my favorite of the Telltale protagonists. At the same time, I hope they don't kill off literally every other member of his family either (like they did with last season's group). I'd like to see him and a couple other characters continue forward in the next season (if it happens).

  • they probably will just have a new character to play as next season as Always or Bring back an old character to play as like Molly example WTF HAPPENED TO HER TELLTALE?!

I'd be super upset if Javi dies honestly. I feel like after season 1 and 2, I finally want to see a decently happy ending for Clem. The best

  • yea. they did fuck these game up. people who made s1 and s2 are probably laughing at how terrible written this game is

    I enjoyed Season 1 too.
Just stop comparing to season 1.
The same as you should never compare your girlfriend to an ex girlfriend lol.

  • Knowing telltale, they're going to see this forum and kill him off just to piss us off even more. That's where I think they got the idea of the Tripp and Ava thing and the Gabentine thing from.

  • Just stop comparing to season 1.

Why though? Why should i, a paying customer, not compare or be allowed to continuously vent my frustration at Telltale?

Season 3 costs around (if not exactly) the same price as when Season 1 was released and yet we are given a game that has been stripped of everything good that Season 1 represented. If this game had cost much less i would partially understand but it doesn't. Telltale fixed a game that was never broke to begin with and that is why i have to compare S3 to the first game and state my annoyance. It lacks every bit of quality the first one had and i wish Telltale would respond to my question as to why they have gone down this road because their games (in my opinion before you or others get angry at my opinion) have just become so bad after 2012.

If people are genuinely happy that their newer games are still satisfying then honestly i am very happy for them. Baffled mind you but that is fair enough. Just understand why i feel so strongly about this. No game company should ever remove things from a successful game and cheapen it down to shorter episodes, less gameplay/hubs etc.

  • Oh, Andrea. Right...

    Bonbon80 posted: »

Even Robert Kirkman didn't kill all of his characters. Rick, Carl, Andrea, Michonne, Maggie and Sophia survived for many many seasons in the comics. Why can't Telltale do the same with Clementine and Javier?

  • Well Season 1 was good, but had lots of useless hubs.
    Lol my opinion.
But I don't mind you won't play a new Season.
Because I will spend money and play it again.

  • Noooooo, please no! I don't want Javi to get Lee's fate. It still hurts every single day. I want a season 4 with Clem or Javier being the main character. Hopefully both of them.

  • I would really like to continue playing as Javier. It would be interesting if next season we can play as him leading the new frontier along with those who survive. However, since Richmond is now overrun by the herd. I assume the final episode will be about escaping and the plot of the next season would be finding a new place. Killing him would not be a wise move, since they limited Clementines role for Javi, removing him would not make sense.

  • Out of all your pleases I only agree on Javier staying alive because he's an okay handsome guy no homo

  • lol what does being handsome have to do with anything?
