It would be nice if telltale actually acknowledged a small decision like that though.
Some changed dialogue when the Russians come after you.
Depends on what kind of pills they were really.
Those pills joined the hide-and-seek game to play with Mariana's cassette player and them spare batteries.
I stole the medicene from the new frontier purely to show solidarity with Clem. I doubt it will matter tho.
I think it will matter for someone who gets hurt during the chaos. Remember in Season 2, that you can give Luke the pills you stole from Arvo and didn't give them to Rebecca?
And Luke died anyway, at least his leg wasn't bothering him when he was drowning.
Telltale makes rare decisions matter much more than the major ones.
You know what, I did hear someone mention something to that effect. What an obscure choice to make matter.
I took the pills, but because the mouse moved and I clicked the wrong option.
I did like how I could offer Luke the painkillers as well in season 2 episode 5
I took them hoping they're vicodin

I took them because I can't help but feel like I'll need them. Why else would it be an option to take medicine.
...And then it just makes a character like you a little more.
Took them, hopefully some new frontier die because of it
I take it. Because if some guys have problem with it, they find another reason to threat you (like "Ohhh, you rummaged in our things! it's Inexcusably we kill you, you take pads!!). As always
